Nobody's even mentioned the civil side of this, body attachments.
If you fail to pay a judgment in a civil case in bad faith and refuse to show up and answer questions under oath about your assets in a "citation to discover assets" you can be locked up till you comply. And that means processing you just like anyone else in custody. This sort of thing happens commonly in some parts to deadbeat dads - though to be honest, they get charged criminally, too, in some jurisdictions.
Nobody ever pays attention to body attachments till it happens to them or someone they know. It's just uncommon. And only a few lawyers in any jurisdiction are aggressive enough to do them. I imagine the thought and prospect of a cavity search for some pirate out there may give a smiling sense of satisfaction to some webmasters/content producers. It's possible.
