odd then that thats not what the FEDERAL supreme court said.

Exactly. The ruling only deals with federal law, not state law. There's still state laws that prohibit illegal strip search. Marijuana is still illegal under federal law.

Yeah because government arrest quotas have nothing to do with it.

Although I agree with not having private prisons.

Your business is prisons. You do deals to bring your prisons to states that promise to keep them nice and full.

Your lord and savior Barry Soetoro started his political career in the living room of Bill Ayers...no need to say anything more as to who loves criminals.

You just listed two big government problems.

1. Over regulation
2. Crony Capitalism

Nobody's even mentioned the civil side of this, body attachments.

If you fail to pay a judgment in a civil case in bad faith and refuse to show up and answer questions under oath about your assets in a "citation to discover assets" you can be locked up till you comply. And that means processing you just like anyone else in custody. This sort of thing happens commonly in some parts to deadbeat dads - though to be honest, they get charged criminally, too, in some jurisdictions.

Nobody ever pays attention to body attachments till it happens to them or someone they know. It's just uncommon. And only a few lawyers in any jurisdiction are aggressive enough to do them. I imagine the thought and prospect of a cavity search for some pirate out there may give a smiling sense of satisfaction to some webmasters/content producers. It's possible.
