What the fuck do Skittles have to do with anything? Are you saying being in possession of Skittles makes one incapable of assault?

It was part of his responsibility as member of citizens patrol .If you HOA president comes by your house and asks you why your grass is 2 feet tall and why aren't you cutting it, its not legitimate reason to assault him.
