Thank you everyone :) It has been a good birthday so far. Lloyd is making the juice tonight and then we will have some carrot cake. I must be getting old...had to take a 3 hour nap today lmao.

We had a chamber networking lunch today so juice for dinner instead of lunch. I think Lloyd would be fine with juicing for each meal, but I'm still into solid food :) Need the meat.

I have seen the pre-juice vegetable pics on some social networks, but is there a specific juicer that one needs to use?

We recommend the http://www.williams-sonoma.com/produ...ice-extractor/

1200w motor gives lots of juice, dry pulp and is easy to clean. Costs a little more, but you will save money by having to purchase less product for the same amount of juice.

Nice unit, I had a juicer but over did it on the first batch and put all kinds of crap like ginger and garlic. That juice floored me and I never did it much again, but that was quite a few years ago.

Thanks for the info, I will talk this over with the wife and see if we want to go liquid.

Ginger and garlic are two items we use in almost every juice. But moderation is the key.
