That's weird, yesterday or the day before, boneprone.com had full length videos on it and now the longest is 3 minutes.

Edit: you also used to be able to select from videos at 4tube, big tube, free view movies, jizz hut, keez movies, movie gator, porn hub, porn rabbit, red tube, shufuni, tnaflix, tube8, tubekings, you porn, xhamster and xvideos but now all you can access are 3 minute sponsor promo vids.

The only affiliates it will scare are the one's using full length scenes.

I do not know of a single program that lets affiliates embed full length scenes.

Those that embed sponsor provided promo vids are not the least bit worried because this case has nothing to do with them.

I don't get how they are going the wrong way. The guy had full lenght videos in his sites!

As you noticed out of nowhere this does not seem to be a problem anymore. Just 2 days ago it was a major issue but not anymore. Actually everyone now hopes he gets away with it.

You're damn right they should be putting fear into ANYONE using copyright infringement as a promotion method or running an illegal tube site. All day long people on this forum are complaining about illegal tubes and now all of a sudden they support illegal tubes and copyright infringement? There's not a single program I promote that offers you the option of embedding all of their full length videos to run an illegal tube site. It doesn't matter if thousands of other people do it or he's just embedding from other sites, it's still wrong and illegal.

While it's true that nobody went after the tube sites in the beginning, they are certainly going after them now.

A lot of the tubes with full length videos they do not own or license try to conceal ownership, host overseas, keep a low profile people wise, etc. Of course they're going to go after you if you're well known, reside in the US, don't hide what you're websites are, talk about being the biggest affiliate of a public company, etc.

In some of them they did, and promised to refile later in another district with more easily provable ties to those tubes. And they also won several cases already, like pornvisit.com lawsuit where they were awarded 4 mil in damages IIRC.

since i have an "embedding" problem with my content at the moment, i will be very interested to see the result of this.

They didn't fail yet because they didn't run out of options so far - they can refile in a district that has some provable ties to xhamster, for example it could be where their cc processing or an advertising company is located. All of them do business with the US in some form or shape, and sooner or later some connection that is good enough to be admitted by court will be found.

Kink.com for example filed a lawsuit against a foreign tube DrTuber in Florida, where their DMCA agent and their billing company is located. If that will be accepted by court as a tie to Florida, that will pave the way for many other similar lawsuits against foreign tubes which will be filed in the US. It's not as hopeless as you picture it.

I agree IF content was stolen, Private has a right to recoup lost revenue. BUT I have no idea if what Boneprone was doing was legal or not.
