Have you successfully used Google Analytics with CCBill? If so, I would love to get some tips, if you don't mind. I banged my head on that for a month and the stats just did not make sense and CCBill tech support doesn't really support that feature.

CCBill has NEVER come across as not giving a fuck :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

They have instant chat. 24/7 customer service via phone. They answer emails right away. They have a customer service survey on the admin page.

There's no real reason for CCBill to reply on GFY anymore as the SAME few people are on programmed autopilot to make a new negative thread about CCBill, or post something negative about CCBill, every couple days. :2 cents:

So i guess this is probably some regulation behind that.

No - I didn't even know it existed until very recently.

What we did was install GA's Google Tracking on each page of our site, and then added the GA code to our own Transaction Approval page which should do exactly the same thing. For people who don't know how to do this, adding the GA code to CCBill should work just as well I assume and if not, I think CCBill would help out.

Whenever I see threads about CCBill declining transactions, I think about a simple fact - Visa and MasterCard limit the amount of high risk transactions any bank can process. As more sites use CCBill for billing than the other third party billers, what happens if/when the CCBill transactions exceed the limit of what their processing bank or banks can handle?

sara i havent figured out why you havent switched billers.. your not happy with ccbill don't use it.. your not being forced to use it. so why not just move on?

I use GA with CCBill and through every page of my site, works like a charm :thumbsup
