I registered back in February for free (before the deadline), and got a ticket in pdf. Today I received an email from xbiz saying that my registration has been declined.

is that normal?
can they do that?

Don't sound normal but that's technology for you. Just send ya pdf ticket to them explaining what occurred and I am sure they will take care of you. :thumbsup
