ture story... The US was going to be a BISON country instead of a BEEF country, but, cattle were more docile than buffalo and easier to raise/ranch.
Bison kept busting through the fences. Even our forefathers knew buffalo was better than beef. |

Yeah bison is good if cooked right. Although I'd have to be pretty damn hungry to have myself a horse or dog burger.
