You have said yourself you don't market towards this industry and you have admitted that you have no clients in this industry. Aside from a couple of people who occasionally might chime in and agree with one of your points most people here don't agree with, or don't like your, or in some case downright hate you. That animosity has boiled over in such a way that people are now attacking you and maybe even putting your job at risk and yet you are still here. You are not selling us anything. Nor are you in this business. Why stay here and take the risks and/or abuse? Are you really this hungry for attention? It seems to me your time would be better spent on a board in mainstream or somewhere where you might actually gain something. All you have done here is cultivate an entire group of people who dislike you. |

Gideon, I think you have take the idea of fair use extended it beyond it true scope. http://www.copyright.gov/fls/fl102.html One of the test for fair use is "The effect of the use upon the potential market for, or value of, the copyrighted work." I believe this is linch pin for adult content. I do believe that Gideon is technically legally correct in his assertion the laws of a specific jurisdiction should be used to assert the copyright protections. However, that doesn't make violating the copyright protections legal, even in a foreign jurisdiction. It only means a foreign entity can legally require a certain set of hoop be jumped thru.
