She's just burnt loyal customers of which not many will be coming back.

What a stupid move, she should have agreed a more smooth transition before up and leaving so she could retain her rebills and move straight into a new site.

I know exactly what you're talking about... We have 4 dead sites in our program that we absorbed with the guarantee from the owners that they would keep them updated with new content... Months of work down the drain...
