It suggests what we all know, paypal will continue working with the large ones that do the most damage whilst trying to look good shutting down the small ones that make no difference. I read now that that paypal have covered their asses with this new kind of scheme where it will not matter how many child porn , warez or any other files you find on the large file sharing sites, they will remain there now safe and sound so long as they deal with them on paypals new terms.

You will chase your tail around trying to do some good whilst a million more of these little sites pop up and get shut down anyway via paypal. It does nothing. Take down some of the huge sites then when you see that does nothing for porn sales take down some of the large illegal tube sites.
