Still $12.99 for 100s of sites PLUS all kinds of other shit and the EASYNESS of selling premium memberships at that price means the dirty industry has a ton of biz and the guy selling one site at $24.99 or even $19.99 gets fucked regardless of how well guys are at promoting.

File lockers are fucking every legit affil in the ass and every paysite op is also getting fucked cause legit affils cant poss compete.

As far as only the young buying premium memberships. I aint that young and I almost bought a memb to Extabit a month back. It is a shitload of content for only $12.99.

How can ANYONE compete with that.

I applaude AK for trying to do something and if you are legit at all you need to give him a thumbs up here.

Just read your page AK. VERY nice explanation of what this it is all about.

cybermike 06-28-2012 09:06 AM

can you target kat.ph and extratorrent.com they are dominating in google :\

AdultKing 06-28-2012 09:15 AM

I thought Paxum said they wont deal with file lockers ?

http://stopfilelockers.com/squillion...right-content/

Vjo 06-28-2012 09:37 AM

Basicly all you fucks (affil managers/reps/prog owners) promoting progs selling REGULAR paysites for $29.99 are a JOKE as long as more and more of these lockers are popping up.

They have HUNDREDS of paysites for $12.99 PLUS every other form of media.

THIS is what the internet is heading for. 100% homogenized content on THOUSANDS of file hosts.

I frankly doubt the train can be stopped anymore. Even AK in his last paragraph says Paypal and Visa/MC are mostly turning a blind eye to make huge profits that we USED to make for them.

The whole fucking adult industry is one big BITCH to file lockers. Maybe it is evolution. At any rate the conventional adult program is a joke for sure.

And yeah Paxum is in the terms as a payer for squillion.com

Three.Thousand 06-28-2012 09:40 AM

There cant be a need for this business model in a 100% legal way.
What kind of content do people actually have to spread to thousands of people? that they create themselves? funny videos of their cats? recordings of counterstrike?

sure, u got the odd band etc, but they got better services out there to distribute their songs and reach new fans.

We have to go and DMCA these sites a couple times a week. And also DMCA google for the links for all torrent sites, which google has given a ton of credence too since the Penguin update at the end of April.

But they get paid via ads, not thru memberships, so a different animal imo.

jscott 06-28-2012 09:45 AM

AdultKing, great idea man, I'll be linking your sites from my webmaster resources and my forums too
:thumbsup

(will add the links later today)

I just updated this article, it gets worse!

Three.Thousand 06-28-2012 09:50 AM

Here's an idea:
Start a file locker, get these uploaders to start using you.... bam! u got their info. sue time! :)

Vjo 06-28-2012 09:54 AM

And even if your content is vigorously defended from tubes and lockers noone will buy it cause it is way overpriced in this ever growing marketplace unless maybe if you charge $2.99 a month, it might sell.

Pretty sad state really and getting worse every day. There board is BOOMING. This ome sucks more dick everyday. And except for maybe a few of us noone gives a damn or already has their locker set up.

Hey no prob. Just want to see what the real level is in this biz and where I really stand as a sucker affil for legit progs.

And thanks for reading (2600 imps) and not posting shit here to support your industry. Not!

Hey, just want to see where I stand and SOMEONE around here has to cut through the BS before we all get older and poorer.

Might as well fuck some content guy in the ass I guess. I dont see hardly any of them posting here (but they all spam the main page) so I guess they dont really give a fuck either.

Vjo 06-28-2012 09:55 AM

Sorry, double post

lucas131 06-28-2012 09:58 AM

NOBODY should download suspicious files or files that suggest that there is underage content. The mere title is enough to show to Paypal, Mastercard and Visa that this is unacceptable.

Sure some files may actually contain legal porn but I'm not going to risk going to jail to find out.

Anyway, as my latest posts show it's also mainstream content being shared.

AdultKing 06-28-2012 10:06 AM

Can we *please* keep discussion in this thread limited to closing down file lockers, debate the pros and cons in another thread please.

I am putting alot of work into this and it will help me if this thread sticks to the topic of shutting down file lockers.

johnnyloadproductions 06-28-2012 10:10 AM

I'm applauding AdultKing for what he's decided to make a stand for. Hopefully all of you decide to make a move and contribute in some way. Helping could be anything from Writing original guest articles to linking to his sites of file locker protest to creating buzz via social media.
I'm in the process of doing some activities myself for this fight.

The guys the real deal and is actually doing something extensive this time. Instead of creating bullshit theories and turning threads like this into a civil war, how about you band together and help AdultKing out.

Several of you have, more will be better!

Vjo 06-28-2012 10:12 AM

Sad thing I am talking to about 16 affils. There are no more affils in this (sdie of the) biz and it is easy to see why. Sure a few guys with traffic will always make bank but really sad for Joe affil.

I dont know much more to say AK.

For the record let it be known I at least spoke up before things in "$29.99 land" died for good.

This may be your LAST hope. We need to rally OR is there noone left or on ONLY this side to rally?

Let's at least make em earn the future they are stealing from us. Make em sweat a little at least.

Anyhow, said what I had to say.

AK we ARE sticking to the topic man. I am firing up the troops a little and Johnny is giving Kudos. I dont see ANY other posts really. :) Ok off the box. Good luck.

Just a summary of the sites so far:

http://coldcopy.com.au
http://hotcopy.com.au (mirror of cold copy in case of DDOS)
http://stopfilelockers.com

There are more in the works, the issue I face is time. I'm dedicating at least three months to this effort and placing significant pressure on Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.

If anyone wants to help me then feel free to contact me on ICQ which is in my sig.

Socks 06-28-2012 10:18 AM

Alright I have a hazy cloudy thought here, not sure if it has any value but...

Is there not a bit of kettle-calling-black here by using CP in an effort to stop unrelated piracy?

We've got 3 pages of comments here hoping to "use" CP as a weapon to stop something else, which is protecting our incomes.

Now maybe that's all fair and good, I'm not claiming anything.. Just seems like a tactic that's normally used against us, not by us? Is it not the same tactic that politicians, christians and anyone else who wants to control our way of life uses against us? Maybe not.. Maybe it's different this time.

But it does feel a tad disingenuous to be waging a war on CP without it actually being *about* the CP. If these sites just hosted MP3's and there were "CP" links (that may or not contain CP, let's remember, none of us are stupid enough (or masochistic enough?) to verify, would we have a dog in the fight? Would we "care"? I mean we all care, they're kids.. But would we care ENOUGH to get involved?

I dunno. I'm not forming an opinion, I'm just putting it out there for discussion. As DWB says, maybe it's time we stop playing fair anyways, and this could be the first step towards that.

Also, does it weaken our position that we can't even fight against the thing we're fighting against, but have to fight against something else to achieve our goals in a roundabout 2 birds 1 stone kind of way?

:xmas-smil30:food-smil02:GFYBand:repuke:love2suck:banana:xmas-smil:conehead <--- my four year old liked these ones.

Vjo 06-28-2012 10:20 AM

Ill catch you about page 6 when this dies from bumps or interest. Hopefully you can prove me wrong.

Way I see it, if that's finally the 'ammo' we can use to get them, then let's use it, and don't sweat whether we're fighting the 'right' thing. 2 birds 1 stone is more how I see it.

You are correct, the only reason I focused on CP in the first posts on http://coldcopy.com.au was to be sensational enough to raise media interest.

If you look at http://stopfilelockers.com the first shame file post deals with Hollywood movies.

I am not going to only focus on illegal content but also software piracy, mainstream movie piracy, legal porn piracy and other aspects of this issue.

Other people have made the same observation however to kick start Twitter and Facebook support I had to appeal to the raging masses.

Some good points. CP by no means is the only weapon here.

They are killing everything in regards to copyright media. I'll find and report on entire shows available for download. Get a premium through rapidgator.net and you can Jdownloader all of breaking bad/mad men/entourage/law and order/criminal minds (all spin offs)/ NCIS/ bones/ .... you get the idea.

Even reporters fail to make reports that fully educate on the problem and do so in a convincing manner. I'd like to help in doing this.
You don't want average joe to get wind of what can be done with file lockers as even a $100k+ a year engineer I talked to became intrigued by the thought he could download everything Bob Dylan or Rolling Stones made in a few hours with relative safetey.

Average people need to be stoked with some of the dangers of file lockers in regards to illegal porn and the mass copyright infringement reports need to be forwarded to big wig companies that rage and take action over this.
A lot of people don't know how easy it is to get into some of these places and just rip everything and save yourself thousands of dollars.
No matter how you look at it, with file lockers popping up like they are it won't end well for all media distributors of any kind, whether they be adult or mainstream. Software vendors feel the pinch too. Something needs to be done.

Those of you that have a talent for writing please consider helping out, you are needed more than ever now. We need talented people to push this fight, AdultKing has resources and balls and you should help him press forward.

AdultKing 06-28-2012 10:31 AM

How people can help:

1. Retweet @coldcopy
2. Like the posts on Google Plus, Facebook and Twitter (social icons at the top of each article)
3. Call Paypal customer support and complain , feel free to mention the sites.
4. Contact your local media and point them to the websites

At the moment much traffic is coming from GFY, we need to expand to win this fight.

Vjo 06-28-2012 10:32 AM

Alright looks like my efforts (bumps) got some good activity :) :thumbsup

Best wishes and fight the good fight :thumbsup

I think you're just about cantankerous enough to last 3 months on this which makes me optimistic :)

If not, filesonic here I come :) Cause I have no loyalty.. well a little but I got to eat :)

AdultKing 06-28-2012 10:57 AM

Lot's of stolen legal porn on Shareflare.

Shareflare lets you download anything and rewards uploaders handsomely.

http://stopfilelockers.com/shareflar...load-anything/

They also take Paypal.

Wordpress is installed and theme designed for each site. All I need now is content.

The three sites are (1) stopping file lockers (2) stopping file sharing sites (3) stopping cyberlockers (4) stopping file hosts

I would like to have professionally written content produced from mediapiston.com and each article costs $15 for around 500 words.

If people would like to contribute to the costs of having these articles written, or if anyone wants to write authoritative articles themselves then please get in touch with me.

I need articles which explain to the general public what these sites are, why they are a scourge to content production, why they are havens for illegal content, how they profit from premium memberships and how they pay and reward uploaders.

Sounds like a Kickstarter.com project. I wonder if you set something up there for funding/donations what sort of support you'd receive from others.

Well support is needed, there is only so much I can do by myself. I need to hire writers to help write educational articles about the problem to go on three more sites waiting for content.
