How should we work with tubes that give full length movies ensuring no one requires a porn membership?
There is no working with that model.

How do you personally work with them?

This is a big waste of time, lets start a new thread where we come up with ideas to take the large tube sites out.

They take any need away to join a porn site whilst sucking up all dating, cams etc sales too.

If you want to work with that model you can take the name of this site literally.

i have said it before - tubes do not give away full scenes and even full member areas in full quality - file lockers do (or better: they are the tool to get the content to the surfer)

there are tubes that let people upload unauthorized content, we have to fight that of course but they are getting less and less

and when i say work with the tubes then i mean: either license to them (we did that, they pay good money) or upload promotional videos, they create signups (tried it and did pretty well)

but crying doesnt take you anywhere

important point for paypal is stop the spreading of this type of infos at the beginning - before the information reaches the mainstream news.. if information about paypal and filelockers will reach the mainstream, then for sure visa and mastercard will must say something why are they supporting paypal - and probably they will do everything to not doing in mainstream..

Once again adultKing. thanks for the work and the info.

If I can do anything please let me know. My ICQ is in my sig.

CaptainWolfy 06-29-2012 08:40 AM

congrats mate on the victory you have succeeded where many talked and nobody did anything!

Axeman 06-29-2012 08:43 AM

Again, keep up the great work AdultKing. Very nice to get a reliable point of contact at Paypal.

Nautilus 06-29-2012 08:48 AM

Excellent job AK, thanks for everything you do.

AlexShark 06-29-2012 08:50 AM

Honestly speaking I think it's just a big waste of time...

After MegaUpload's bust everybody got aware of the big money in the file sharing business and a lot of DotCom's emule's started to appear with their own cyber lockers (some even got quite successful in a very short time)

I saw a few big sites stopping their services (Filesonic and Fileserve for ex) and tons of new ones popping up to replace them... nothing has changed, actually there's more and more out there (and more and more will be)

They might lose Payapal, right, they will start billing credit card directly, they will lose credit cards, they will start accepting wires (some already do), you will close their bank accounts out then? How about the dozens of resellers they have all over the world to collect local payments (I heard some even cash in exchange of vouchers)?

I appreciate your effort but I see no point of success IMO

Also I really don't see this going to help adult business at all, as someone already stated here as mostly filelockers host mp3s, warez, movies, ebooks...

I doubt anybody would even bother paying a filelocker fee to download porn when they can stream it free from tube sites

Just my 2 cents

Keep those 2 cents pal - you need them more than I.

Ok moron, continue in your pointless pursuit. I would like to cheer you on, but really i see nothing here at all apart from some kid trying to sound important. However, good luck to you and your 'private school chumps' network taking down some of these huge filelocker sites that have been around for years. I see nothing new happening here. I'll check back in 1 month and see if rapidshare, hotfile, depositfiles are still running fine.

"I merely explained that I have a considerable network of people I can call upon" -- hehe ...mom, pop, kid sister etc.. Who even says stuff like that??? Tell me about some of these illustrious friends you keep?? let's hear about this private school? Eaton? Rugby? oh wait some 3rd rate shit hole in OZ??

The only people the generally try to boast about being part of some old school tie network are the same kind of people that like to try and seem important whilst being being entirely insignificant in anyway in the real world. There are no OLD schools down-under.

Your self importance makes me smile and if rapidshare was reading this they would smile too. I have a good mind to contact the person you mention from paypal and ask them if they are actually discussing paypals tactics and policy regarding these other businesses with you personally. I know for sure what their answer would be. Some stupid little pest whom they avoid at all costs.

This is an entirely pointless exercise. I leave this thread now knowing that nothing will change as a result of it.

AdultKing 06-29-2012 09:03 AM

Thanks everyone who supports me and a very special thankyou to the haters who make me even more determined to see this through to the very end :)

If his efforts are pointless in your mind then why bother commenting in this thread?

Just go about your business and let the man do his work.

If my understanding of Ruth's role is wrong then I am happy to be corrected.

Also, who the fuck owns Paxum ? I know who owns Paypal but Paxum seems to hide it's true ownership. Maybe Ruth could come out and declare who the ultimate owner of Paxum is so they can be held accountable!

Hi AdultKing,

I am the best point of contact at Paxum to get things like this done. Sending me the information is definitely appreciated, and once received I will make sure everything is properly investigated and our own TOS will ensure appropriate action is taken.

In regards to who owns Paxum; this question has been answered multiple times over the last couple of years. Paxum's Owner and CEO has also been in attendance at various conventions/shows, most recently XBiz Summit in May 2012, and he is always happy to meet with clients, and prospective clients. Paxum's CEO and Owner is no mystery; his name is Octav Moise.

Congrats on your breakthrough with Paypal. We wish you success with your campaign!

Once again, thanks for compiling a list and planning to send it to us. We appreciate your efforts.

Best,
Ruth :)

Thanks Ruth, are you able to provide me with a direct contact at Paxum email & telephone, preferably someone who has the authority to make security related decisions ? If so ICQ me to discuss.

If you get nowhere with Ruth, you could always touch base with Mr. Moise on Facebook, he's easy to find there and I'm sure he doesn't want his company anywhere close / connected to CP in the media, so if he is smart he will listen and work with you.

//Edit: I guess Banca Transilvania would be even less likely to be wanting to be connected to CP in the media.

As I just said, we are happy to work with AdultKing. If you look at every response I've made to him in these multiple threads, you'll see I'm appreciative of the info, and happy to work with him.

FYI, Mr Moise does not actually use Facebook, he doesn't have an account.

We do have a Paxum Facebook page though - http://www.facebook.com/paxumewallet - feel free to interact with us there :thumbsup

Thanks for your concern Joker :)

AdultKing 06-29-2012 01:10 PM

Thanks Ruth, I will email you to work out a mechanism to work together on this. Thanks very much.

Ruth you should know better than to BS me.

Let's just say your boss is very visible on FB and leave it at that.

No need to get into this matter in this thread.

I'll take your word for it that Paxum will fully cooperate with #StopFileLockers on this project.

So Ruth... Honestly... I'd real curious about this. I don't mean this sarcastically:

You're telling us you have to review your TOS to ensure you can / should discontinue relationships with illegal willful copyright infringing file-sharing websites?

I take this as being a literal translation to "I'll discuss it with my boss and see if we can take the financial hit to appease you. But we're not promising anything."

You do realize your TOS does not mean shit to anyone when it comes to the legalities of criminal partnerships, correct? And I know you're entirely aware of why these sites exist... there is no mystery here. You can't claim ignorance on this subject.

Just terminate the accounts and be done with it. There should be no checking of TOS. Your company should not be in bed with these criminals.
