I don't know about this one, but I had a similar experience when I was a kid. I have kicked a basketball from one side of the school gymnasium and saw as it was falling down by the ballistic trajectory from the ceiling directly to the head of one of our teachers (a small woman) at the other side . I was afraid it will knock her out, but in the last moment, our sports coach (a tail man who was a former Soviet Army trooper in Afghanistan) has blocked it with his forearm. So I was shocked twice. First time when I thought that my unintentional kick will cripple a woman, and the second time when the basketball was blocked right above her head. I've never seen anything like that anymore. |
