The "I don't need more business." objection is something anyone trained in selling media is trained to overcome. So his claim to be turning away business, is a lie. Or very bad business.

The obvious answer to this objection is, "So cherry pick the best and drop those that don't make the grade." Different ways of over coming it, they all essentially come down to the basics of doing business with the most profitable work.

A trained salesman would know this, someone supposedly running a team would know it. Someone selling media to advertising agencies would absolutely slam dunk it.
