Its only a crime if it is not registered. You can register a dirt bike just like you can a regular motorcycle or scooter. These are ghetto rejects and are most likely stolen. Thats why they have to run from the police. Which gives you a 50/50 shot of living. Morons.

No, those bikes are registered. Not stolen. Cops really just ram them. You're not supposed to ride them in the street here registered or not. 90% of the cops don't care though mostly because it's illegal to chase them down they'll tell you to have fun and be safe, but 10% will ram you or even shoot you because they illegally chased you and you got away. I agree they shouldn't ride if it's illegal, but don't think it's worth a death penalty.

What about the death penalty the biker gives to the innocent pedestrian or bystander when they stunt ride, lose control and slam into them?

Or does that not count?

You have no idea what the fuck you are talking about. Riding a dirt bike that has a license plate on it is not illegal as long as you have a plate and insurance. I would bet these guys dont have either. If you dont run from the cops. They dont chase you. Cops arent the bad guys. The bad guys are the bad guys. How come shit like this doesnt happen to me? Because I dont run from the cops.
