Hehe.

I watched the game in the pub last night. They had our game on the big screen, and the Barca game on the tv in the corner. It was scary shit watching both, knowing that a Benfica goal against Barca would have fucked us up. Benfica seemed to miss chance after chance, against what was a Barca reserve side.

Was just glad to hear the final whistle in both games, and know we were safely through.

Looking forward to the draw now on 20th December...

Madrid is playing worse than last year, perhaps plays better in some matches but it's more iregular. Barça sums 16 points more than Madrid in the league and in Champions today we'll see how plays Madrid versus Manchester.
Another great problem is that a major part of Madrid players are angry with Mourinho.

Perhaps Barça can win the champions.:thumbsup

Juventus were cunts last night. Every corner kick that Celtic had, the Juve players had their arms all over the Celtic players. Why the referee refused to give penalties i'll never know. The crowd were going fucking crazy.

Was never a 3 - 0 game. Celtic were much better than that. It is game over now though.

Fuck you Juve!

The result flattered Juventus but they took their chances and you have to give them credit for that. I thought Celtic were outstanding from back to front last night, they just didn't manage to take the crucial chances and they paid for it. The Manager - who I love! - made some mistakes in his team selection as well, he played a defender who had only just got back from Africa yesterday morning, he should never have been in the starting line up. He should also never have let James Forrest or Mikael Lustig anywhere near the starting line up.

I'm sure he'll be thinking those over in the coming days. Still, I'm proud of that performance last night, they certainly didn't look out of their depth, if Ambrose hadn't made the two mistakes and Celtic snatched a goal, it would be a very different scenario.

In Italy during the corner kick it's normal use the arms to stop other players, the referees only sometime give the penalty, usually when the faul is theatrical...yesterday i didn't see nothing special during the corner; i saw some Celtic players try to stop Buffon during the corner kick, you should know in the little area the players shouldn't touch the goalkeeper...

Are you kidding me ?

The Celtic players were being pulled down almost. Every corner kick the same thing happened. You can stand infront of the keeper, which is what we can do. But you can't have players pushing and pulling ours out the way.

The referee was a disgrace!

still not a fan of Bayern Munich but they will become german champion this year, they are always the favorite to win the national cup and it's looking good in the champions league. impressive season so far and next year they will have Guardiola as coach...

sojproductions 02-20-2013 05:04 AM

I think Bayern will be tough to beat, they looked very good last night, and will get better over the coming seasons, could be a strong force for a while

Manchester United failed to cope with controversial red

Cristiano Ronaldo scored the decisive goal as Real Madrid controversially came from behind to win 2-1 at Manchester United on Tuesday and reach the Champions League quarter-finals.

http://cdn0.sbnation.com/uploads/cho...dard_730.0.jpg
Borussia Dortmund demolished an under-par Shakhtar Donetsk 3-0 at Signal Igunda Park to advance to the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals 5-2 on aggregate.

Icy 03-06-2013 01:57 AM

The kick to the chest looks so bad, but i must agree that a red card was probably too harsh, as Nani was looking at the ball and not noticing Arbeloa was running towards it too so it was not intentional.

Anyway i'm a Real Madrid fan, so i won't complain :)
