I don't like the rice or the seaweed. I like the raw fish part. Tartare, ceviche, carpaccio are all excellent. Sushi would be way better if they replaced the seaweed part with bacon

If it comes from the sea, I won't eat it. Not even so much as a fish finger! My Fiancee is the same. A few months ago in Toronto I was having dinner with the Reporo guys and someone put a plate of what I thought was Onion Rings in front of me, I grabbed a couple and put them in my mouth... I fast realized it was Calamari. Most disgusting thing I ever tasted. I felt sick.

Looks like some of you don't even know the difference between real sushi and rolls.

I pretty much eat anything that comes out of the sea. Love it!

Sushi/Sashimi is probably the food that makes me feel the best, also AFTER eating it, out of any food I eat. Amazing that in 2012 some people still feel it is a scary thing to eat.

Guess it goes back to how one is educated in life...

Not a great fan of sushi here either. Not sure what it is about it, seaweed is not really tasty and leaves a nasty taste in your mouth. Raw meat of any kind is not my idea of a good meal either.

Maybe fashion food outside of Japan, but in Japan, is considered comfort food, nothing fancy just like sandwiches and hamburger :)
