not really wise to post about it on a forum, and if you did you could at least not mention what you did, you could have just asked if anyone is looking for casino leads, and save yourself troubles of your former employer taking legal action which he/she can.

in some countries you would be executed for stealing. just glad you live where you do.

Making remarks like this above, after 15+ years of adult programs and billing companies screwing over affiliates and clients is pure comedy. You obviously are not following the rabbit hole deep enough. :2 cents:

Ummmm... I think you missed my point.

Everything is not black and white, clear as day, etc., in fact the reality is the opposite which is why when I see a thread that like this that makes it truly clear, and exposes the cockroaches that tend to hide behind the board and hope no one notices what scamming unethical scum they truly are, I get a kick out of watching them scurry around, and I like when for once things do become obvious.

So, I am sure you didn't miss my point because you are either straight up ignorant or extremely naive in your assumptions. However, I didn't really think I needed to go down any rabbit holes to explain myself, because I think you should have just read my words and not tried to infer anything or make any assumptions about my intelligence. Not that I didn't enjoy watching you try to justify some conclusion that is entirely baseless and false because that is pure comedy.

I do appreciate you taking a moment to comment on my post though, but feel free to go back to giving the thief advice on how to take advantage of his ill gotten gains. :upsidedow

Agreed on both accounts.

As I said, it comes to where one prefers to 'draw the line'. If they do business with the thieving affiliate program/tube/ad network... that's ok. If they steal their music, videos, porn, software, that's appears to be ok as well. But if someone is IN YOUR FACE stealing.. oh, well that's bad. But it's ok otherwise it seems.

I enjoy playing devil's advocate in these threads, as I know that there are very few "preacher's sheets" available.

:winkwink:

Post proof or be banned. :1orglaugh

For the record...

I don't like piracy.

I don't know if manwin stole content because our company didn't have that experience. When we addressed our content being there, they complied with takedowns fast and worked with us to correct the issue. In short, they were professional about it and did not act shady at all. I understand the grey area of "user submitted" and while they took advantage of the DMCA loophole to great success, it doesn't mean they were stealing. Just because people say they stole doesn't mean that they stole. Huge grey area because of the nature of the beast, I agree, but we had to make our judgement about working with them based on what we knew first hand and not based on hearsay.

People also called Youtube on the same greyness btw but I guess mainstream learned how to deal with that and rein in the glaring copyright issues not unlike Manwin did as well.

But if you can find one instance that is actually black and white and not grey area where I supported a thief, like gave them advice on how to be a better scammer, then please feel free to point it out.
