I forgot about south Africans (the whites) they are incredibly rude people

Im married to an Italian who was born and raised in Italy. I have to say.... they can be pretty arrogant and annoying sometimes. But I have met some really great italians as well. But the same goes for every group/type of people.

To foreigners those may look like italians, but there is a slight difference in the size of gold crosses they wear, and they look a little more pakistani :)

These are in covers of every newspaper in italy these days as the people there it is politicians doing private parties spending tax payers money (very common practice in Italy - but note Berlusconi the former prime minister, was doing bunga bunga parties with own money at least).

i've known plenty of arrogant and rude people in my time, i've never tied it down to one type though.. they come in all varieties and from all over, and if some of you would use less prejudice you would find the same i'm sure.

I believe labret used to refer to them as the "n#ggers of Europe". I haven't had any problem with the ones in North America, they seem cool. Have never been to Italy though.

Gypsies are the most annoying in my opinion. Albanians who try to pass themselves off as Italians are particular close second.

Well to be fair Italy has produced some of the greatest artists and culture anywhere. On top of that, Rome really was the start of the modern world. When Rome finally fell, the world was plunged in to the dark ages. Even the Romans knew, 2000+ years ago, that shoes shouldn't be made of wood because that's just silly. :winkwink:
