Pretending to do business and trolling seems to be about the size of it. Do us all a favour, go find yourself a hobby / job / girlfriend / anything... |

Dotcom will be bankrupt or in the slammer in the next few years. |
it's going to be Cloud based which means the files do not sit on any one location. The Pirate Bay has moved to this method as well

Surely he would have already started the new site elsewhere and this is the reddest herring in a tub of red herrings

these domains are for sale once....once it's transferred there's little I can do to reverse the transaction when done through escrow. so everyone just ignore helterskelter808 who spreads false things about people he's afraid of because he's just a nobody who likes posting for the fun of it. everyone else is welcome to do business! |

It doesn't matter how or where the files are hosted, it also doesn't matter where the domains are registered. Simply using a case of abstraction it will be able to be shown who is in effective control of this new network. Then various mitigation strategies can decapitate or at least disable the organization.
Until Kim Dotcom can find a replacement billing system with wide adoption, or clone himself to be in many places at once he's vulnerable. |

Here it is again: Me: Have you sold them? [your domains] You: Many times, still up for grabs if you got the dough! https://gfy.com/showpost.php?p=19254237&postcount=104 So anyway... why do you think the whois for pantyhosemask.com is taking so long to update to the new owner? You sold it about a week ago, right? |

Irregardless of TOS amendments, software safeguards, and whatnot, the law is the law. The owner of a domain is held responsible irrefutably for all of their user's interactions with their software. Kim is obviously still new to the legal world. :2 cents:

Let's see something other than your opinion. I personally have never used xztraffic and know nothing about them so I'm not defending them, but you seem to want it both ways here and that appears to go against what you claim to stand for. |

He is active on many adult webmaster forums under look a like nicks, scamming, re-selling domains over and over again. He might sell you now 1 and does this to 10 others on the same time, and then he goes telling them all 10 excuses how his power fall out, how is ISP left the building, etc etc etc If he is good, which he is not obviously, he would make thousands a week by just being a thief. PS notice also how WeBlogForyou is suddenly a dead nick and MeChimicalFuckup is taking over. :) |
You would have to be nuts to upload to megaupload after this. The chances of getting paid seem slim. Then add in that the chance of another raid and them getting your info and following it upstream... There has to be a better way to do dumb stuff.
|
oh thats so clever LOL kim.com will split up the files and host them encrypted on the moon :D man you pirate ass wipes live in a fantasy world...
let me draw it out for you: visa+mastercard will drop you like a smelly shit the MOMENT they pass some sort of law where visa+mastercard will be held liable for pirate processing or even if somebody applies enough pressure... tick tick tick motherfuckers...time is running out for pirates... |
