Paxum is not a bank, we are a global ewallet payment service. We are required at all times to have valid ID for all clients. While a bank may see you in person to create your account, Paxum is an online service and we verify your account from the documentation you provide through your secure account, and not in person.

So then what is payoneer, the boogeyman? Using the same exact bank as you guys?
That's nothing but B***SH*T! You guys have been nothing but problems from the start. But since all the F**king sponsors jumped on it there's not much to do except find sponsors that don't use you as a payment method.

Then maybe things can calm back down since this has been going on since the epass collapse.

I may have felt different if we had to battle all the "global ewallet payment service" providers but that is not the case.

It is only Paxum.

I'm almost ready to go back to the stone ages when cashing a check from halfway around the world took 45 to 60 days.

As I said earlier, I cannot comment on Payoneer's diligence to their KYC. Here at Paxum we know it is crucial to maintain proper records, and so that is what we do.

Payoneer is a fully regulated US company, that strictly complies with all applicable regulations and procedures, including KYC, AML, and others. We do all that is required (and in most cases even more) to ensure the financial security of our account holders.

I don't have anything bad to say about Payoneer other than quite some time ago they had a sort of rocky beginning. They've improved greatly since then. I'm also not implying Payoneer has substandard diligence on KYC or AML procedures.

I'm sure both Paxum and Payoneer face significant reputational damage and potentially large fines if adequate controls are not in place. Payoneer just happens to be better at making them more transparent and not alienating it's consumer side customers.

I can't access my mastercard, it says "service temporarily unavailable" anyone else experience this too?
