when will the new skins be ready?

There's no where to place banner ads.

You can place banner ads as video overlays. The original contractor supposed to integrate the skins, got committed to the hospital or something, so we had to start over with a new guy. This is now done so we are testing this in our staging environment.

So I was hoping for yesterday, I'd hate to say today because - well - it probably won't be until tomorrow or the day after that. So they are right around the corner. But kinda frustrating to get pushed back so much I know and apologize.

Blogs are 100% stabile and have been since closed beta :)

We are still experiencing a few bugs with the tubes, but these are slowly being ironed out. So besides the few bugs that are being fixed, everything is stable. And if you have any sites you want to migrate, we can help you with this on tuesday/wednesday next week. We need to get the last quirks ironed out on the new themes with the plugrush integration. Hopefully that'll be ready monday/tuesday :)

I had hoped for today, but we are still not 100% happy with the results and I have to visit some family over the weekend = no work :)

You are actually the first to request this, so I'll add it to the roadmap. Right now I can't say when but we certainly will get to it :thumbsup

We sure do, right now it's a little slow in loading but we'll add a caching layer that'll help performance. But right now we are focusing on bugs and the new tube themes.

I'd think so, I don't think my lawyer drafts this huge thing for every one of his clients. I edited parts of it (that's why you see a smiley) and he approved the final version. I found a few things that has to be fixed, but that's mainly a copy/paste issue with formatting that looks odd.

We don't sell any info or suddently use your content to create a new service. We don't own the content, but we might make a syndication service available where you can submit content to other sites and thus we have to put something like that in it. Example: Automated plug creation in plugrush is something that we have in the pipeline. That requires that legal thing.

Yea we want to be able to delete illegal content or "anything we want", if people don't play by the rules or if we are required by law in our operating country :

It should say somewhere in there that you retrain ownership of the content, we don't want to own anyones content, but we want to be able to develop new features for our users and we want to be able to watch our backs when people play dirty.

As a holiday treat, we have turned off the 5% traffic skim for at least a month (actually it was causing some problems and rather than patching it, we turned it off until we can rewrite it).

The site looks great, I just think you ought to speed things up a little concerning video uploads from your base and getting your sponsors to choose from and everything you are saying will happen. When you do, expect boost of number of users.

You didn't even bother to write your own feature list. The license is PER ENTITY. You are not allowed to re-distribute the software.

I had my lawyers go over the license and you've been in contact with my programmer on a number of occations man. I'm about to go into a skype meeting, but let's talk about this.
