Another 44% also downloaded games and/or software.

So what i'm saying is you're not in a position to cry if you have less sales because of tubes.

Lol! I'd love to know how you get those figures. Just admit you pull it out of your ass already.

I have almost 500 songs on my iphone and I paid for every single one of them. I also paid for all the software on my computers too.

You sound to me like you feel a very slight tickle of guilt and are just looking for support.

Just because its your opinion doesn't mean its right to steal from them.

You don't see musicians or producers going out of business. They just earn less but still make a killing.[/QUOTE]

No, they learn to adapt. People shared single mp3's because most people like individual songs, not entire albums. Apple came up with a great solution to make it easy and cheap for people to legally buy songs which is what saved the music industry.

I'm not advocating piracy, but it's usually far easier to download something off X site than try to legally acquire it.

How weird! I find iTunes the easiest thing in the world to use. Licensing is a little weird for some reason (not all music is available to Canadians, but whatever).

What I wish they would do is integrate the streaming radio service more classy to itunes. Right now I can listen to the radio stations, but I would love to click a song while it was playing, and buy it on the spot.

so which designer is up to the challenge?

A good designer can just shop the box in into the photo:1orglaugh

I don't complain about pirates but I have never downed a mp3 from the web either.
