Roald,
You are acting as if its a typical tube, typical tubes get user uploaded content which makes it legal. They expose a real shitty law. But legal nevertheless. This guy is NOT doing that. It makes him non DMCA compliant and open for many lawsuits. Are there really people not seeing that? |

Hell, the guy admitted he took the full videos and stored them in his own servers to profit from them. He also says he knows what he is doing is wrong, but he is still doing it. And doesn't show any shame or that, moves on and keeps saying hi to his friends, talking about business. He thinks what he's doing is right!!! What the fuck!!! |

"Ley Sinde, or the Sinde Law, is a provision in Spain's Sustainable Economy Act designed to address internet piracy.[1] The bill passed the final legislative hurdle and was made law Friday December 30, 2011.[2][3] The law created a new intellectual property commission designed to review requests from copyright holders about websites that they claim infringe upon their copyright. The commission has the authority to determine whether to take action against the website or content intermediaries such as the internet service provider (ISP) or hosting provider. The commission's ruling is evaluated by a judge, with the goal of completing the entire review process within 10 days.[4] The law has a provision that also requires content intermediaries to respond more quickly than under previous law: websites determined to be in violation of copyright law must be taken down within 48 hours.[3] Finally, the law has a significant impact on individual privacy rights: it allows impacted parties to seek the identity of those they believe to have infringed on their copyright. This clause reversed precedent set by a 2008 European Court of Justice?s ruling in Promusicae v. Telefónica barring IP holders from demanding the identity of copyright infringers from ISPs.[2] There was strong international pressure, predominantly from the United States, for the creation of this legislation while it was strongly opposed by bloggers, journalists and tech professionals in Spain.[2][4] Deputy Prime Minister Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría said that the aim of the law was "to safeguard intellectual property, boost our culture industries and protect the rights of owners, creators and others in the face of the lucrative plundering of illegal downloading sites."[5]" |

DFW Datacenter Also almost every country follows some sort of copyright law. While I am not experienced with the spanish copyright laws, when you steal peoples content, there is typically a way to legally go after them if you have the resources |
Nobody will do a thing. That's the reason there are crazy amounts of tubes like this out there.
Everybody will just sit and watch how their content gets stolen. Oh and complain about it on gfy ofcourse. And it's amazing how this guy has no shame whatsoever. He acts as if it's a completely normal thing to do. |
I see people in this thread expecting Roald to stand up and say something against this thievery. But, let's not forget, he allows people to buy their way off of his shit list. This isn't exactly a community oriented guy. Which is fine, it's his business and he can conduct as he sees fit. He's just not our affiliate super hero :1orglaugh
To think, here you have a guy uploading other peoples' full length videos, by himself, negating the DMCA law and we still have the bros patting him on the back, his thread is pinned, and other programs are making offers to work with him. I will never feel sorry for a sponsor who gets content stolen ever again. You all deserve it. |
hey i'm with you guys... but frank is right, nothing is gonna happen.
these threads/discussions are like a skipping record. everyone complains, everyone still promotes, and bro drinks all around. |
You act as if there is an option to do something. Tubes and filelockers are completely legal (most of them) - As long as they respond to notices in a timely manner, they are all legal.
There aren't a whole lot of people doing business with illegal ones. The only thing you can criticize the industry on is not going after the big tubes while they were starting up because thats when they were not following the law to a T. (which enabled them to get big... now they can follow the law, now that they are on top) . At that time, i dont think people thought it would have that much of an impact on the industry, now people are aware and people have a much smaller profit margin, which makes people much quicker to make up that difference by suing. To think if this guy continues like this, he wont be sued, well I think you would be far off |
Is It pinned thread back-fire week this week?
|

For starters, since the guy accepted he steals, hosts and uses for own benefit from lots of content owners(all of them members of this forum), since he says he knows it's wrong, he knows what's he doing and still does it, since he doesn't even feel a little shame on his posts, he should be banned from GFY and his program be added to everyone's shitlists... That can be done really easy... |

In regards to the OP's website, I believe he'll be changing his ways very quickly. But by then, he'll already have the success and funds to be able to settle and continue on .. if he doesn't change his ways before any legal notices. The internet is a big place and people are able to succeed by breaking the law and going legit (or move to a country where they are basically untouchable) before they get into enough trouble that their business really suffers Also if I was Manwin, would i care? No. He'll never be a threat to them, nevermind the fact that they can sue at anytime and make money that far outweighs the damage hes caused them. Free money |
