About the modus operandis of the site you saw yesterday for the first time, doing business with someone with that kind of morals and that even he has accepted he steals everyone's else content and uses it for his own financial benefit hasn't been banned yet from GFY?

You act as if there is an option to do something. Tubes and filelockers are completely legal (most of them) - As long as they respond to notices in a timely manner, they are all legal.

There aren't a whole lot of people doing business with illegal ones.

The only thing you can criticize the industry on is not going after the big tubes while they were starting up because thats when they were not following the law to a T. (which enabled them to get big... now they can follow the law, now that they are on top) . At that time, i dont think people thought it would have that much of an impact on the industry, now people are aware and people have a much smaller profit margin, which makes people much quicker to make up that difference by suing. To think if this guy continues like this, he wont be sued, well I think you would be far off

In regards to the OP's website, I believe he'll be changing his ways very quickly.

But by then, he'll already have the success and funds to be able to settle and continue on .. if he doesn't change his ways before any legal notices.

The internet is a big place and people are able to succeed by breaking the law and going legit (or move to a country where they are basically untouchable) before they get into enough trouble that their business really suffers
