yea water before sleeping really helps. Forgot to do that a few weeks ago and the hangover was killing me. Fucked up for a whole day, getting older i guess.

I don´t know why people suggest "plenty of fluids" (unless you are ready to go to the can every five minutes or shit your pants).

One Gatorade and one Advil should do it. And if possible, Burger King.
