I work out harder than any 50 year old you know. And I'm gonna go with what doctors tell me over your anecdotal bullshit on a message board.

Yeaaa what Robbie said. Also, working out a ton can actually cause your test to drop. Especially if you are not getting enough sleep. The only supplments worth anything are a good multivitamin, glutamine, creatine and a solid protein powder (i like muscle milk). Ohhh maybe milk thistle if you are using real test :winkwink:

Anyone buy real Testosterone online from another country? (outside USA)??

email me! I'd like to ask where.

Squats and deadlifts are great, but they only temporarily boost your T levels. It won't change your baseline if you're under-producing.

I usually did the larger bottle, then took a few weeks off... then do the large bottle again, and so on. Have you seen my facials? :)

I have gone thru almost a bottle of "Long Jack" Powermax 200, haven't noticed anything.

Any of these actually work?

actually I have a prescription for testosterone... 200mg a week intramuscular injections... was at 400mg a week, dropping my dose down as I lose weight... go to a reputable DR, get the blood test and get started. the stuff cost me $20 a bottle with my health ins and last 10 weeks :2 cents:

Another great way to raise your T levels is to watch some porn, watching porn temporarily raises your T levels:

"Significant (P<0.001) relative (%) increases in testosterone concentrations were noted with watching the erotic, humorous, aggressive and training videos..."

and improves your lifting performance:

"A significant (P<0.003) improvement in 3RM performance was noted after the erotic, aggressive and training clip..."

When I'm pushing through the last squat in a set, I think about the row of hot girls on the treadmills -- and picture myself jackhammering each one of them. It does seem to help a little.

I'm guessing some doctors are more inclined to give out a prescript for Test than others, are you seeing a specialty doctor like an endocrinologist? Also, if I was to start taking Test, am I basically telling my body to shut down production, meaning will I have to stay on prescript Test for the rest of my life or I can I cycle off with no long term ramifications?

pimpmaster9000 02-11-2013 05:25 AM

do not waste your money on anything that is not injectable testosterone...

ZMA is just a pre-requisite for normal function...like air is for combustion...

Tribulus is hit an miss...its very weak and very hard to get real tribulus...lots of shit versions out there

dont listen to the "anti doping" morons most of them are parrots repeating what they read...after 40+ test and HGH will be your BEST friends...you can easily add another 20 years of quality life with use and not ABuse (anti doping morons will still not understand)...

look at sly with 60+ you will see what I am talking about...

When I'm lifting hard I usually do 600mg's a week of synthetic injectable testosterone. Works awesome. I might up it to 800mg's in a couple of weeks. I don't have a prescription, I just buy online. Stay away from any overpriced gimmick pills that claim to boost your testosterone levels. They simple don't work and will just drain your wallet. It's cheaper just to buy the real stuff. Be careful, though. If you don't know what you're doing you can really screw yourself up.

You better have a post cycle plan and be taking something for regulating estrogen.

Dont waste your money on OTC solutions. Go see a dr. get your blood work done and get yourself some Cyp prescribed. Androgel is just a mess and puts your partner at risk.

There are multiple things that you need to be wary of. Some men are more sensitive to testosterone than others and more prone to side effects. I'm one of the lucky guys who's never experienced any side effects whatsoever. Gynecomastia is one of the big side effects you have to worry about. Ever seen the movie Fight Club? At the beginning of the movie Edward Norton is in a support group with a man who developed man-boobs via steroid abuse. Don't forget; synthetic testosterone is a steroid and when you mess with your body's hormones you're putting yourself at risk if you don't know what you're doing. Research is your friend. To prevent gynecomastia it's always wise to take an anti-estrogen, such as nolvadex, while you're injecting your testosterone. You'll need an anti-estrogen anyway if you're running a "cycle" where you use testosterone for three or four months and then take a few months off. A lot of people fail to realize that when you inject testosterone into your body, your body actually stops producing its own natural testosterone. Why would it keep producing something that's already there? It doesn't and simply shuts down completely. Hence, when you stop injecting testosterone it takes your body a few weeks (sometimes a few months) to begin producing its own natural testosterone again. Men produce estrogen (just not as much as females, obviously) so during this refractory period where your body isn't producing testosterone, the last thing you want is an overflow of estrogen being released into your system. It'll make you moody, weak, and destroy the gains you've made with the testosterone. Not to mention you won't be able to get a hard-on very easily. This is where taking an estrogen-suppressant comes in handy.

If you take testosterone for too long you run the risk of becoming what bodybuilders and weightlifters refer to as a "lifer." Meaning, your body will never remember how to produce its own natural testosterone and you'll need to take testosterone injections for the rest of your life. I guarantee you guys like Schwarzenegger are still injecting to this very day. That's why most athletes "cycle" their injections by using the testosterone for a few months and then taking a break to let their body produce natural testosterone again.

Another thing you need to worry about is muscle abscesses, which are rare but a major pain that often require surgery if not treated early enough. They're caused by dirty needles, testosterone that's not pure, shooting in the same area too often, or a number of other reasons. It's a muscle infection that hurts like a bitch and requires antibiotics or surgery. If you're going to be injecting testosterone, make sure you know where to do it and rotate those areas regularly. You can't just inject in the same spot over and over again. You need six to eight spots that you cycle through.

Unless prescribed, testosterone is also highly illegal and you'll be facing some serious trouble if you're caught. If you're ordering online, make damn sure the place you're ordering from is legit. When ordering online the testosterone is mailed to you and, as we all know, mailing an illegal substance is a felony. This means if your order is caught in transit you're going bye-bye for a while. Postal workers are federal agents and they treat these things seriously. It's rare, but people do occasionally get busted trying to order testosterone through the mail. The postal worker intercepts the package, informs law enforcement, and law enforcement shows up dressed as a postal worker to deliver your package and have you sign for it. The moment you sign you take a lovely trip downtown.

For the most part I've found testosterone to be fairly harmless. I've had two small muscle abscesses since 2005 that were treated with antibiotics and cleared up quickly. I've had one overseas order seized by customs and a letter mailed to me informing me so, but thankfully no cops came knocking at my door. I've been lucky in that I've never had any real side effects, either.

Everyone's different. You might take testosterone for a few weeks and develop crazy acne or start growing boobs. Or, you might be one of the lucky guys who's just fine. Either way, it's becoming increasingly harder to even get testosterone without a prescription these days. The government's cracking down hard on the stuff thanks to all of these sports scandals. It's harder to score testosterone than it is crack cocaine which is infinitely more harmful. Sad, but true. Getting a prescription is the safest way but, honestly, most doctors don't prescribe a high enough dosage to make much of a difference. I guess it all depends on your goals, really. If you're just an aging male who wants an added spring in their step, a doctor's probably the way to go. However, if you're a lifter who wants to pack on some more muscle, a prescription usually won't do the trick.

Youd want to take Aridimex while "on" not Nolvadex. Nolvadex is used during "PCT" or Post cycle therapy. Also HCG will keep your boys happy and plump as well as producing test throughout your use. As for your abscess, that seems to be a product of dirty testosterone produced by underground labs. Not something the OP will be worrying about if hes getting this from a Dr.

Step 1. Find a good sports medicine or HRT dr
Step 2. Get blood work
Step 3. Get Testosterone, HCG, Aridimex
Step 4. Enjoy feeling young again.
Step 5. Blood work again in 6-8 weeks

There's two schools of thought on that but I totally agree with you. Some guys swear by using nolva while on a cycle yet others reserve it for post-cycle. I've always used it post.

And, oddly, the test I was using was super quality stuff so I was surprised when I developed a small abscess.

You need to stop the testosterone from aromatizing into estrogen, hence using Adex, an aromatase inhibitor. I have read both schools of thought, I just dont understand how Nolva can stop the conversion being as it is a selective estrogen receptor modulator.

On that note, we just went over every ones head:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:thumbsup

When you take a shot of testosterone do you feel it right away?

Depends on the Ester, the shorter the ester the faster it kicks in.

Test Base - No ester and can raise Test levels within 2 hours, most frequent injection
Test Propionate - Short Ester half life of about 3-5 days and will require more frequent injections, every other day
Test Enanthate - Medium ester half life 5-7 days, injected 2x a week
Test Cypionate - Medium/Long Ester half life 7-10 days, most frequently used for HRT, injected 1x a week

There are other esters and different blends of each that I havent gone into but thats just the basic run down. The longer the half life, the longer the ester, the longer it takes for you to reach peak blood levels
