We don't need to make it harder for people to buy guns; we need to make it harder for people to breed. Stupid people are reproducing in droves and the world's loaded with piss-poor parenting. Until we fix those issues the violence won't end. Guns don't kill people - morons with shitty upbringings do.

Well Guess what these FEMALES confronted the Shooter and were executed. They also placed their bodies in front of the children to protect them and Died.
I NOW honestly believe that is the Principal had a weapon she would of ended it or caused the shooter to kill himself sooner than when he heard police sirens.

Those kids in China could of been easily killed just as well.
I think it takes a lot more to put yourself in the line of fire than to shoot someone...

I thank Thomas Jefferson who put the 2nd amendment in the constitution so I can have my handgun for muggers on the street, my shotgun to take down an intruder in my home and my AR-15 to take out the ones trying to take my guns......

For the guy in Switzerland - isn't it the case that when a combat rifle is issued to the citizen militia, the ammunition is delivered in a sealed metal can (tin for you UK-ers) which can't be opened except in time of war, on orders, and that there's pretty serious punishment for fooling around with that ammo or rifle? Just asking.

I agree with the other recent posters. I really think that the framers of the Bill of Rights were among the most brilliant statesmen that any nation has been fortunate to possess, that they knew history well, but they knew human nature even better. Far better than anyone in our national government in many decades. That's why I think we all should be quite afraid to fuck with any part of the Bill of Rights. They all fit together intricately to frame a government fit for free people, a government under the control of the people. The main purpose of the Second Amendment is not self defense. It's not about hunting or target shooting. It's mainly about keeping the government on its toes, keeping the government just a wee bit apprehensive about imposing too much tyranny on its citizens. I have many brother attorneys who don't understand this very well, and while they can and will keep fighting courageously for freedom of expression, they are embarrassed by the right to possess arms. And in fact, they are hostile to those of us who believe in an armed citizenry. I call them cafeteria constitutionalists. You can't pick and chose. Either you support and will uphold and defend the whole Bill of Rights, or you just plain don't get the foundation of our country and the touchstone of our liberty. It's for that reason that I've agreed to become a founding member of the Second Amendment Lawyers' Association, and I hope to take a far more vigorous role in defending that right in court.

Im worried if they ban guns I wont be able to workout my arms at the gym anymore. Like if i get to 17inches on my arms will those be considered illegal guns? Im at 16inches now and a little worried :1orglaugh
