Sure, most mass shooters that make the news are white. They shoot white people in white neighborhoods where News reporters are not afraid to go. If you want to look for mass shooters that are not Caucasian, just look at these cartels in Mexico and warlords in Africa. Little kids given guns and forced to kill people. Not to mention the Viet's, Koreans and Cambodians killed millions of their own... and the Chinese? |

Studies have shown that the black brain is different from whites in that they prefer instant gratification. Whereas white people prefer to take steps that maximize the end reward.
Apply that to crime. Look at all of the crimes that require days, weeks or months of planning. The most heinous of crimes are committed by whites due to this extra preparation. Whereas black criminals generally operate in the heat of the moment and are thus limited by that. |

Access to high powered weapons probably plays into it as well. Can kill a lot more people with a $1,500 AR-15 in a .223 or .308 than a cheap revolver a thug buys for $50 in the hood. |
