it depends on how you use it, but the vapor isn't as small as smoke would be so you don't absorb as much as you would smoking.

I'm just looking for some ballpark of how much nicotine i'm getting per full puff. I don't want to be sucking down more nicotine than i was previously. That's why I ask.
