Incase anyone wants to avoid anything like this in the future the threat i linked to explains why it is extremely important that you use our system correctly and follow the system we have in place when sending money so things like this dont happen.

That's not good to be fucked around that long, but not using phones between departments isn't a bad thing then nobody can claim they talked to blah who said blahblah, when they didnt.

I'm curious of the official response on that. Accounting should be done in an office, someone should be doing it, so how to get a hold of the person/s doing that. That location should not be some secret info. I was under the impression that was done in their HQ, it seems its not.
