Nobody is concerned with MasterCard funds. They were even OK when Epass went under. It's the wallet funds that were loss with Epass. They suddenly started changing how you funded your account and then went under. Now Paxum is doing that and someone has missing funds and is rightfully asking questions...

klinton 01-05-2013 03:49 PM

look at the paxum's bank website to see how professional it may be ;-)

ladida 01-05-2013 04:43 PM

No answer why customer support can't get a hold of accounting...

I am not that familiar with their system, so the question may not be the best, but why not keep all funds on the MasterCard?

because if you loose your card all of your funds are pretty much gone.

epassporte advised card holders, a few months before they went under, to put as much funds in their wallet to be protected against card fraud. Funny enough they forgot to mention it didn't gave any protection against malick's urge to support crappy multi million movies with our funds which caused bankruptcy and the loss of everyone's wallet funds. He couldn't touch the visa cards otherwise I am sure they would have taken those funds as well

up for answers
I really like Paxum and I don`t want the epass history repeat

Just as I thought... on 10/5/10, Ruth posted that wallet funds are routed through Bank of Montreal.

Now it's Romania?

Quote:

by default your funds go into your ewallet/current account, which is held by the Bank of Montreal (in Canada)

The only time the Belize bank is involved is through the prepaid card on the account. When you load funds to your prepaid card, that is when the funds are with the Choice Bank in Belize.

Everyone was supposed to be comfortable because Paxum was based in Canada and wallet funds were held in a huge Canadian bank. Now funds are held by some weird bank in Romania. That does not instill confidence.

AllAboutCams 01-06-2013 01:59 AM

Belize,Romania
I think in time i will be asking myself why was i so stupid
This bank?

FingerPrinter 01-06-2013 07:22 AM

Everyone please relax.

The details of this transaction are complicated because there are funds in motion.

All is well.

Gspotfinder 01-06-2013 07:40 AM

ohhhhhh crap

blonda80 01-06-2013 10:25 AM

we need some paxum reps in here
usually they are very fast
wonder why they are late now?!

Validus 01-06-2013 10:42 AM

Not knowing other licensing schemes well... I usually prefer companies who are regulated by the FSA in the United Kingdom as an e-money issuer (http://www.fsa.gov.uk/about/what/international/emoney). It provides a pretty extensive protection to consumers.

silent_jinx 01-06-2013 12:24 PM

Can someone from Paxum confirm if they are still using "Romanian International Bank S.A." (R.I.B. S.A.) in Romania? If not, is it possible to share the name of the bank? Thanks

Fat Panda 01-06-2013 12:27 PM

ALL the Paxum reps have vanished...this is very telling and concerning.

Is Paxum in trouble? It's really anybody's guess, by trying to piece together all the information/misinformation they have given us ... only time will tell.

But in their defense ... their penis pills are a ROCK SOLID product! I've heard from a reliable source that Ruth's penis has grown over 2 inches in the past 12 months since taking ViMax!! True story!

I spent three days with one paxum employee, dont remember he ever offered any drink :1orglaugh But on that show drink was almost sponsored 24/7 so there was no need for anyone to buy drink.

Probably because
-Owner is Canadian with romanian heritage
-paxum have office in romania
So count two plus two :1orglaugh

im stupid, i should have known in simple mathematics that everyone uses the bank from their mother country.

:321GFY + :321GFY = :action-sm

AdultEUhost 01-11-2013 01:16 PM

I actually started to wonder if their help desk is outsourced to Romania as well, would make sense then that you can't speak to them on the phone as it would instantly show. I am not sure if I am liking the idea that Romanians have access to my ID scans to be honest

Chris 01-11-2013 01:28 PM

In regards to where p2p money is stored...we have money spread across many banks. Some in canada - some in romania - some in belize among other countries. We would not put all of our eggs in one basket.

That name is romanian so he is prob as you say romanian heritage.

Why paxum doesn't have a way to contact there support live is stupid in my opinion I can reach a live person via phone for any other card service out there. I think they are seriously harming there business by putting a wall between there members and there support staff.
