All false of course, but if you based your info on those as you do images and stories of India, you would have to come to the same conclusion, which would not be accurate.

PARTS of India are filthy dirty and SOME of the people live what westerners would think is a wretched life, but that is not all of them or all of India (or any place). Google image search "India beautiful" and look at some of the images. It's stunning.

But I've been to Somalia. And it's pretty fucking bad, as in disgusting. Applies to everywhere I went in Somalia.

The populated areas of Haiti are disgusting as well, such as Port Au Prince. Easily as bad as Mogadishu.

But the small villages along Haiti's coastline are quite pleasant. Reminds me of Jamaica actually. Although I wouldnt want to live there.

ANd lol Indians are very clean, their houses is cleaner than most of average American house, they clean a lot, always. (for sure there is dump and dirty place, and people leaving in getthos, but they are normally very proud of their spaces, and they keep it very clean....)

Indians are among the nicest peoples ive met, for sure your better welcome than in most of rich countries because they are happy to see foreigners, no way they way treat you like "shit" like most of touristic places ive been (like a lot of places in europe)

Its very safe (yes i know the rape story, but for a huge pop like that, not many murders etcc) and so cheap to travel...

Yes its not all green, too much peoples, lots of pollution (there not in recycle yet ! ) its smell bad in big city, poorness problem, women egality problem, etc etc..

But still people are nice, smilling, interested etc.. and less sour and depresse than a lot of american/canadians... they dont have high dream like peoples here, so they are more in peace with their live

BUT, honestly i was kind of "scare" of that, because i went 3 weeks in a place where theres is no "real" bathroom and continuous water, they have place with a hole with some drains and pipes, but the problem the pipes are too small, so if you put paper, you gonna block them.

So you wash with your hand and water,,, and you wash your hand after. After few days you get over that, and have a to say that your butt will be cleaner at the end ! Wet wash vs Dry wash ! It works !

Anyway a lot of people doesnt have money to pay toilet paper... if you have the choice to eat or to use toilet paper , the choice will be easy right !

Like i said, a lot public spaces are dirty , most of their homes are very clean.
THey dont really use garbage outside, ive ask peoples why they were throwing stuff on the floor, and the answer was why not !

I really didn't like Mumbai. It was pretty damn rancid & the cows are sacred so they can do what they want including shitting wherever they like (and no fucker cleans it up), but Goa was amazing.
