I had a period in my life when I would wake up in the middle of the night with the feeling of something laying on top of me, and I couldn't move or yell out. Then I found out its was probably stress induced night terrors. It's some scary shit, like you're in a horror movie.

These are from emails to me...

The things we have seen and heard ... it's not amusing kind of ghosting ... ie the most recent plumbing problem was an abrupt out of nowhere massive leaking of water out of a beam in the living room. Where there is NO water, no access, no nothing. The plumbers tested everything. Thankfully there are the water drips showing or I think they'd think we are nuts ... the plumbers are baffled. They say it's impossible for water to leak from there. They even tested the roof, nada, nothing, NO explanation and we all (including my mom who was here) witnessed it just start randomly pouring out and then stopped a few minutes later.

Here's how it started.. X and I were outside on the porch the day after we moved in ... and the side gate going into the back yard ...3 feet away from us ... starting vigorously shaking forward and back (and this gate is VERY difficult to open or close in the first place because the bottom wood slats scrape against the wood deck). We could see right through it AS it was doing it and there was NOTHING and nobody behind it. We screamed and ran toward the front door ... because it really seemed like whatever this was .. was opening that gate. I FELL on the deck, scraped up my knee .. We kept trying to go back outside, determined to not let anything scare us ... and then we heard footsteps coming toward us, LOUDLY ... ran back in. Then as we slept downstairs in the living room that night, we were woken up by very obvious footsteps, what sounded like boots, walking up our steps and all around our deck. The porch lights were still on, we looked out, still hearing them but nobody was there.

We have knocking in the walls, randomly. The sound of walking upstairs when nobody is there ... Dark shadows here and there. Doors opening and shutting ... the OTHER gate unlocking itself and opening. Then today there was a bright sudden (tall) "light" that appeared very suddenly in the hallway. Our things keep getting moved. Today my closet door opened and shut ...

It's like .. when it starts getting dark outside ... I start to feel this "fear" and again I do NOT get scared of these things ever. I never in my wildest dreams imagined we'd be moving into a full blown haunted house.

Ghost Child Notes

basically X's friend stayed overnite here. our dog ... was up there ... We are accustomed to seeing him freak out and follow things with his eyes across rooms .. but he jumped up from a sleep and started staring at the closet (which is where that demon child face thing was in the pic) ... he was growling and staring.

The haunting stuff is off the charts ... Doors opening and shutting, my keys jingling in the other room (that were in my purse but ended up in a cupboard) ...

Our dog is going crazy ... he stands up straight and stares at something, follows it across the room ... then runs to my closet and sniffs under the door and whines ...

Constant sound of someone walking upstairs when we're all down here ...

Not sure if I told you about the creepy guy who was around our property a few days ago ... at 3am ... wearing a hoodie, never looked up or at X and her friend Z who were out late sitting on the porch swing ... but they watched him go into the forest right across from our house and just kind of disappeared. Not sure if he was real (which would be maybe even scarier) ... but there is a barbed wire fence he would have had to climb over to go to the highway and they got up and saw him walk through that not climb over.

Y is sick right now so she had fallen asleep earlier than usual, about 8pm or so last night. They sleep down here because it's too scary to sleep in their rooms. Y sleeps in a very uncomfortable wicker love seat with a lot of cushions thrown on - but she had fallen asleep on a bubble bed mattress on the floor last night. Y woke up at around 7am or so ... to find water dripping on her face from a living room ceiling beam. This was NOT in the same location as the one "mystery leak" ceiling beam the plumbers examined, totally different part of the l/r. She woke X up. X was apparently dead tired so she just told Y to move her mattress to another location. The dripping had stopped. She moved to across the room and went back to sleep. A few hours later she woke up to water dripping on her from THAT location. X also woke up from it because she said it was so loud, it sounded like our dog peeing on the carpet or something (something he never does so it startled her to look around for the source). They talked about waking me up but it stopped so they didn't. I woke up a few hours later ... as did X. Y was already up and was on the loveseat, drawing a picture. They started to tell me what happened. Y was standing, in ANOTHER part of the living room, on her way to the bathroom, as she described the story to me. As she was describing it, water began dripping on her head from THAT location!

It was quiet here since the ceiling pissing ... but yesterday and today was off the charts. It's now touching us. Last night I was on the porch, on the phone with my mom and felt something touching my neck on the right side. Because of all the stress... I was SO fed up with it. It kept happening, very distinctive feeling of fingers running across my neck. I stood up and just said KNOCK it off and went back to talking on the phone. In the meantime, Y came downstairs and said a shadow went across the wall with just her in her room. Then X came down and told us something was touching her head. THEN we heard, all 3 of us, what sounded like someone coughing ... twice.
