If he was accused of stalking, then someone can get a restraining order and then Donny can't own a gun while it's in place. That's a fucked up law that Clinton put in place and in California, the courts will give out a restraining order for just about anything. Then do so because of Liability, not because of right and wrong.

As far as mental issues, talk to any therapist, everyone has an issue according to them, that's why they have therapists they can talk to. That's like going to a mechanic, they will always find a problem with your car.

There is no difference between an M14 and a AR-15, except the M14 is not considered an assault weapon, it can carry the same amount of ammo and it uses the 308 which does a hell of a lot more damage.

There are a few differences in the round, my AR can shoot them all day. They have a bigger kick, which is why people like the .223, hardly a kick. Why I taught my daughter on an M1 Carbine, it's uses a pistol load, yet it's a military issued weapon that has killed many more people than the AR-15.

I just hate when people chime in about guns and haven't shot anything more than a nerf pistol and are experts with ammo. It's sad.

I've been accused of many things. That's what happens when people don't like you. The truth, however, is quite different. Some said I was stalking my ex. I guess I need to hear what their definition of stalking happens to be. After we broke up, I've never once showed up in the same place where she was, except with permission from her to talk. That happened one time, not too terribly long after things went to crap, and like I said, I had permission.

As for mental issues... what might those be? I'd like to know so I can inform my psychiatrist. He's found nothing wrong with me. I've told him there MUST be, because my ex and others say so. Alas, the good doc insists there is not. Would you be so kind as to illuminate us on what we're missing?

As the photo and text in the original post indicates, what you're labeling an "assault" rifle... isn't. It just LOOKS scary. That's not good enough to deny such a gun from folks who wish to purchase one.
