I don't fault you for not knowing this, even though it's not hidden knowledge. It's been debated here many times. I used to post all the time about how I was going to start going to church to fleece the sheep. Sicone, in my opinion, doesn't lie on purpose. He's a good guy. I miss hanging out with him.

Yep, I did. It lasted less than three months, because I noticed a need and started a business. Dealerships knew they needed to be on the Internet but didn't know what to do about it and were clueless when it came to marketing their websites. I was charged with it, yes. And I turned myself in for a book and release. Again, nothing in my life is hidden. I've written about this publicly. I turned in a woman who was on felony probation and has been on the Dr. Phil show for selling her daughter at a truckstop, because she was violating her probation and threatening me with a gun. In retaliation she told the cops that brought her in that I'd given her daughter alcohol and showed her porn. That happened in December of 2010, and I had to finally go be booked and released on it in October of 2012, nearly 2 years later. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and then showed the prosecution postings and audio recordings where those involved admit they lied about me. It was scary, but what's a person gonna do? It's on my Facebook page. There won't be a trial. Refer to the last post (audio recordings of lying, written admissions of lying, etc.).

It was scary, but it also showed me who my friends are. The chief of staff for my local congressperson called me up out of the blue, because she was friends with the grandparents of the girl in question. She (the Chief of Staff mentioned is a female) wanted to help nail this woman (my accuser) to the wall, as she'd done so much damage to her children.

It all started because I was very rude to the mother. She was in my house telling me that she'd been smoking meth again, then she wanted to take my little cousin (who is friends with her daughter) with her to visit her dad in jail, where he was awaiting federal charges. I told her she was out of her mind to think I'd let her take my cousins anywhere. The arguments escalated, she threatened me with a gun, I turned her in, she retaliated by lying about me, etc. etc.

The DA doesn't think his case is strong, which is why it took almost two years to decide whether or not to do anything about it. And, again, it won't be going to trial, because the evidence of admissions to lying about me has been presented to them. If it HAD gone to trial, we couldn't have played the recordings, but we could have inquired about them on the stand.

I was scared as hell back in December 2010, yes. At the time it would have been just my word vs hers, and I'm a "former porn producer" so I wasn't secure in how that would turn out. But since then my attorney and I have obtained the admissions of lying that I mentioned. The DA wasn't made aware of them until after charges were filed.

Again, I wasn't arrested. It was a book and release. They told me they were going to charge me, so I went down to the county jail, turned myself in and was released less than 15 minutes later.

If you think I'm going to give you documents that show details of where I live, my SSN, etc, though... you're out of your mind. :)
