This is why I recommend a bigger mainstream hosting company. Although there are many hosts here that are smaller that do have great support. It is just my choice as a business owner to put my stuff in the hands of larger companies.

I've always fell back on phat, natnet and mojo for everything. I only used other hosts for spreading sites around for seo networks. I don't even do that anymore. I've never seen a benefit to it and i've always believed the "class c ip" thing to be a myth like 90% of everything else in seo that's cited as established fact.

Like the company I have in my sig that I've mentioned a few times. I have had multiple shared accounts with them for well over 5 years now. I have never had any downtime. maybe a server reboot once or twice that I can remember over that period of time. Anytime I put in a trouble ticket I get a response extremely fast (within minutes). They have well over 100 employees and own I believe 3 of there own data centers. They are not an adult oriented host, but do allow adult sites.

I have also had a dedicated & server in the past with Amerinoc who is on this board and had amazing service.

I have never done that either. But I also dont like to keep all of my eggs in 1 basket.

I'm giving it a go, talked to Danny and it was pleasant.

Just run some of your misc projects on a VPS from them and not your lifeline if you are so worried. :2 cents:
