sadly im not earning quite as much money as i used to so i had to downgrade to a virtual, ever since then things have just gone from bad to worse.
anyway there is more than enough advice in this thread. i am moving my important site that I am working on to amerinoc. webair... you have been great for 5 years, past year has been a giant headache though :( sorry guys. |

everytime I see the thread I think ok try them again 2 months free upgraded network. but then I remember how slow support was on certain things and then I read this and I realize why. I never in a million years could image that the reason the support was like that was because I was only spending $100 on a server and was small fry. But that makes sense now. And it's probably at the root of the problem at webair. They don't treat everyone the same. And they do not strive to great support like other popular adult hosts. IE mojohost, amerinoc, nakedhosting, cyberwurx

Even worse to be called a "troll" for pointing out obvious and very well supported truths. We wanted to take a large number of sites, databases/scripts and split them across a few hosting companies in maybe 08 and these guys were by far the biggest nightmare and most incompetent to deal with. We had to cancel before we even used the servers. I would rank webair one notch above host gator. |
