- tell me how the merge all the files (.js + .html + .css) in one single and easy-to-handle bundle (like .swf)

Then ok, flash can die.
If the games creators continue to code in flash because it's more convenient, then flash can't die.
A file format dies because people stop to use it.

Not really. Many media players (not JUST standalone swf or flash players) will play flash files.

well irfanview can play flash files. But in this case, flash is still useful for something that you can't do well with html5.
