And as mentioned, strangely enough, I find that the people in eastern canada along the coastal parts to be quite nice and not really brainwashed with the bs that plagued the rest of the country.
Moving to the US was not that hard as I had a advance degree in Computer Science and I had a company here that recruited me and later on, the owner of the firm helped me attain citizenship.

Many countries are full of propaganda pumping up their own. America is probably one of the worse ones for this. I guess if you really believe its the best place on earth or something it wouldn't seem like brainwashing to you. This brainwashing as you call it is just nationalism. I used to want to live in the US, then 911 happened and I decided against it. Being self employed I wouldn't have a chance in hell anyways. |
