Hi,

Firstly, I'd like to thank you for considering Payoneer as a payout solution for your employee. We provide thousands of companies with global payout solutions, including services such as prepaid debit cards and global bank transfers. If you have a registered company and sign up as a Payoneer partner, it's entirely free of charge and will allow you to send payments to payees in over 200 countries and 50 currencies.

I would also like to make it clear that Payoneer is a fully regulated US company, and we comply with all applicable online payment regulations. We review all new applications to make sure that they are valid and have provided all required information. While of course we do everything we can to maintain the best user experience possible, we also take all necessary steps to ensure the financial security of both Payoneer and our account holders.

If anyone has any questions about Payoneer, or would like further details about how they can become a Payoneer partner and begin sending payments, please feel free to contact me at any time.

Because you are a douche. I was able to replace an expired passport without a birth certificate.

Funny how I was able to get a passport without even having my mothers real birth date (she was born out of the USA to foreign parents).

I have a friend who has no birth certificate as an infant she was abandoned. Funny she has a passport.

BTW douchebag, when the passport office did not like my pictures that Office Depot took, they pulled out a camera and took one for me. Do you provide service like that?

suesheboy ,
I know its early and you may of misread read what I wrote but when I mentioned the birth certificate requirement it was for first time applicants. Not sure how being a first time applicant makes me a douche..

Sure if you come to the office in montreal we will be more than happy to help you scan your ID or take a picture of it. Or if you make it to phoenix ill hold a couple "How to take a picture and not crop it out and leave the flash on so you cant read any of the details" class.

Regards,
Chris.....or douchebag as you like to call me.

You are a douchebag based upon what you post and how you treat people.

You never stated at first for a first time passport. Now that you learned you were wrong, you changed the story and continue to deny your first statement.

Quite simply you just showed that you have deceitful tendencies. That's just what I am looking for in someone handling my money with no brick and mortar.:thumbsup

That's the point.

You corrected yourself and then act as though you were right all along. That is where the deception is.

Not selective reading at all on my point. You were wrong, you were proven wrong, you then act to others as if they are wrong and don't understand what you said at first.

Some of us have the maturity and experience to see right through you.

If I have a problem, they last thing I would want is you pointing your punk ass finger at me blaming me.

I think US immigration invented such dumb questions. I remember back in the years of Cold War they used to ask me whether I was a communist or a spy or gay ....

Working with any company, especially financial ones like Paxxum, you will always have to follow their rules, even if those rules seem to make no sense to you. The documents need to be signed and dated, and all the ID they request has to be submitted in the format they want.

Look at it this way. If they relax their rules, they open the doors to potential theft and fraud which could hurt them and their customers like you. Do you really want them to not take security and ID seriously?

It doesn't have to be that you are hiding something. In particular, my drivers license is from the state of Florida where I have a investment property. I live in NY. So if I sign up with my New York address but send in my Florida license, from what I am reading I wont be approved. My US passport is registered in NY. I personally have no use for a paxum account since I live in the US and have no problems cashing checks or using paypal. So someone like me who is not hiding anything, would not get approved with the documentation I have. (from what I am reading). If this is not the case I might have a small bit of interest to pay for certain things on here from people who do not accept paypal.

Also, opening a bank account in the US only requires 1 ID and it does not have to match the address on the account.

Why are you "hiding" something by stashing your money in an Epassporte clone?

If it's as big a problem as you claim then simply stop allowing Filipinas to sign up.

LOL that must be for a US Passport!

pinkbits 03-24-2013 06:19 AM

I think there is no point arguing over all of this :) We all now the facts and the fact are Paxum is extremely difficult to accept ID. There is no need or all of that difficulty.

Guess what!! It doesn't just stop there.

Try changing your home address with Paxum. You would think by then you would have built a relationship with them, but NO you go through all that shit again, Just for a change of address!! it amazers me.

How can it be, you have been with Paxum since they started you have sent countless amounts of dough with them but you cant simply change your home address with out all this shit???

They are not easy to work with and doubt that will ever change. I thought Paypal was bad....

fris 03-24-2013 09:47 AM

i wont leave paxum, cause more people use paxum, and in the long run, if i wanted to get paid via the other methods, i would have to get someone to do transfers, and would end up costing me money.

Yep it's all about counting pros and cons,in the end paxum have more pros then other services.

Its a little exaggerated. It takes about 3 minutes to fill out the form and another 10 minutes for the rest of the process including taking the picture.

I get it that Paxum required me to send in proof of identity/address when I signed up. What I dont get and hate soo much is why do I need to send in a digital copy/image of my passport or drivers license when the one I submitted to get verified by Paxum expires!

I recently just went through a "re-verification" process coz the Passport I sent in has expired. I had to submit and resubmit a couple of times because there was something wrong with the lighting when I took a digital image or the image was very slightly blurry. Why the need for re-verification, I didnt change names or address ... Im still the same person now as when I signed up!

Well honestly, most of our clients have been telling us they want to pay us using Paxum for those items, they say they have already been using Paxum to pay for those types of goods and services elsewhere, one even said there is a hooker in West L.A that takes Paxum payments :Oh crap
