Hi all,

We at Pussycash have reviewed this case a few times during the last few days.
We are being accused for not paying, acting in a wrongful manner, and not approving a host fast for adendreams to send his users to our system and let him make money in a way he had structured. All this according to a plan he built, according to his description, and without previously coordinating this with us, which ended in a clear fraud patterns, raising every possible flag of fraud activities in our system.

We are not here to accuse adendreams that his activity is fraud and won't enter into these claims for now.

However, every webmaster is free to choose the systems he prefers to promote and Pussycash may decide to terminate an affiliate account in cases where we suspect his activity is fraudulent or has resulted in fraud patterns that violates our terms of use and/or policies.

adendreams,
let us remind you and all others that tens of thousands of hosts and affiliates are working with our systems and are dependent on them - the same way we are dependent on you. Our highest priority is to ensure the continuity and the integrity of our system - and that is for the benefit of all. For the last ten years we are doing this and paying good money and still do.

Your case is a clear fraudulent activity pattern case.
Out of 20 users who used their cc for the first time, we had to void and/or refund 14 and as a result, all of these guests transactions were cancelled/returned immediately. When such a thing happens, especially with a new affiliate, we suspend the account and this is what happened to you.
When the account is suspended we are freezing the payment for all other sign ups until we are sure they are not fraud. Once this period of time is over you will receive your payout for the valid sign ups you have referred, and even though you were suspended - you will receive it in the terms of the campaign that you were participating.

We appreciate your effort and hope that sometimes in the future we will do better business together.

Any other communication regarding this matter will be done via emails and we will not respond further to this matter on this Forum.

With respect,
Oren

:2 cents: Stick to normal payouts or expect trouble.

What was the specific reason you had to void the signups of the 14 members? Was it because as you said earlier in this thread, that they did not actively participate in the site initially and spend their $25 after their signup? Also, how does 6 signups equal $2400 in affiliate earnings?

CamTraffic 04-15-2013 04:22 AM

Revshare for life!

No pps or ppl when it comes to cam, you should know that.

I'm pretty sure they voided the signups immediately as a precautionary mesure to avoid chargebacks.

Usually, card bangers will come in, send almost 1:1 traffic, deposit only the minimums to reach PPS and then take off - leaving the account idle.

A few weeks/months later when the real card owner see's the charges, he calls the bank to charge back. Anyone with a merchant ID will know that this is death for a business, so its better to just void and refund all suspicious charges as a safety precaution.

I'm not saying Aden card banged, it's just that according to the stories, this is what it would look like to someone working in the fraud dept who saw this activity without personally knowing Aden's promotional tactics and the reason why the member's were never active.

Judging by the thread and what Oren said earlier, this isn't what occurred at all. He alluded to Aden's referrals buying the initial $25 credit then not using it and being inactive on the site. This raised fraud flags. Aden's said his models wanted to use Imlive's platform to do privates for their members. His models had to wait extra long in order to get approved as a performer, seems to justify his referrals not making an immediate purchase.

If they had voided those 14 members because of card banging this would be a clear cut case of affiliate fraud, and there is no way PC would still allow the affiliate to send traffic. That is one thing I don't get about this scenario, if PC didn't like Aden's traffic methods why would they still allow him to continue sending traffic even under revshare?

Years ago I promoted imlive on a $100 PPS.
My methods where discussed at length with my rep, then my new rep...all they cared about was "send us sign ups".

I think in total i sent them 24 sign ups.
MY account was red flagged when 2 sign ups didnt spend their credits. *one was a tech error and the user simply couldnt use the site. The other.. i have no idea about, maybe his wife came home..maybe he found god.

Result. No payout for me.

So i played a waiting game. I created a webcam review site, giving glorious reviews to every other camsite...all except imlive. It didnt take long for the bait to be swallowed.

I was contacted by a new rep asking if I would promote imlive.
"sure... give me the 2.4k you owe me and we can climb back into bed again".

I got my $2.4k... and the very next day i closed that review site.

IM still grinning to this day. :) :)

This sounds like what happened to Aden.

I too have been robbed by PussyCash years ago, I didn't know about gfy or any way to get real support for my problem at the time. I was given a boiler plate message after about a week of my pleas for any kind of answer in response to them deciding not to pay out $1000 dollars or so to me.

"Yes, I have been informed that those signups were clearly fraud from many aspects, and it’s obvious the sales weren’t made by real users who wished to use the site.

best,
Asaf"

Nobody has ever accused me of fraud for my traffic in any way before, and I *still* get emails to this day from PC asking me to push more traffic to them. My traffic came exclusively from strangers who followed links because they were interested in the program, no incentives, nothing even marginally close to a TOS violation like the OP in this thread had. It was totally inexplicable and after a while of pestering them more the final response from them was.

"Please contact compliance team, I don’t have any more information, sorry.

best,
Asaf"

I asked them for that contact information, never to hear from them again. I wrote the loss up to experience, I've been pushing essentially the same type of traffic to other affiliates for four years ever since, and it's always been a mutually profitable and pleasant experience for the most part except for that isolated PC incident.

adendreams 08-22-2013 07:24 AM

STILL NO PAYMENT

sending my traffic to another cam site and have NEVER had a fraudulent charge, chargeback or any other problem.
