I had always wondered about that. I know that stuff is very expensive new and you can make some good money selling it used. When I bought storage units I found a couple of pieces of industrial cooking equipment and made some nice money on them. It seems like if you had a way to regularly get that stuff at a good price you could do well with it.

There's an endless supply of failed attempts. Must travel a lot for the deals but it's worth it.

That is a very solid business idea. Especially since 90% of people who want top have an aquarium gave up on having one when they realized what it took to maintain it. Still others don't want to spend thousands to purchase one in the first place.

Not that it's a big concern, really, but are they able to insure these or anything?

I think the most hilarious one I ever read about was renting out space for business cards. Anyone ever see that shit? It's like a gumball machine looking thing where you charge motherfuckers for a space. Supposedly they get up to $1000 / month in some areas. They took over a corner building in a busy shopping street here that had one shop/restaurant after the other. For some reason everything failed there.
Now everytime i walk past their little restaurant i see a gold mine. It's ridiculous. While across the street a whole street full of restaurants has hardly any customers these people can hardly handle all the orders they get per minute.

I have a special way to do the leads. I am NOT selling door to door! I do 30.000 KM (something as 22000 miles?) per year with my car as it is NOT door to door! I won't tell you for free as it took me several years to figure out (I tried everthing!) but in fact it is very very easy and very very effective. And when I tell you that I have about 4000 leads per year (NOT from the baby Rainbow, ONLY from MY program (no it is not the COCA COLA/PEPSI program or anything else that is common for RB) (And I cannot do them all, I do only 20-25 demos per month (my main job is in adult where I still make more but perhaps within some months/years I have to do more demos as adult is going to shit (each year decreasing)) and I do only the best houses, the rest are for my recruits (and my income from my recruits is not mentioned, only from myself!!!) And I can tell you that my recruits are doing way more then me! (I have only 424 EUR per sale on my recruits but they make much more sales (it is a numbers game just as in adult)). But when I should tell you that I make more then 25K per month from RB sales you would NEVER NEVER NEVER believe me! I know as I would NEVER NEVER NEVER believe it myself when I was not in that bizz too! I select the homes of my 4000 leads per year via GOOGLE MAPS and I select where I am going. These 4000 leads are from MY program. Very very easy but I have to invest about 1600 EUR and 10 days of my life per year (only from 10 am - 5 pm) and I can do demos for 1 year (I can give as much demos to my recruits as they require but I take the best quality). In my 4000 leads (I select only 150 houses for myself per year but this is the best of the best and Quality!!!) I did not mention the referral program (with the Baby Rainbow!)... From my selection I do about 1:2 sales. My recruits are all doing 1:3.... My worst recruits are doing 1:4 or 1:5 and I did not mention their parents or family! This is from MY leads. Family demos are usually 1:2 or even 1:1. Sometimes I sell 10 out of 12 fro my leads, sometimes only 1:4, but on average I do 1:2! And my recruits stay with me as I can provide them with leads all the time!

To be honest: in the country where I live it is VERY VERY VERY difficult to get refs from SALES or NON SALES. Most of the peoples here DO NOT give refs. That's why most RB salesmen STOP doing the job:due to lack on demos. But with my special program I have leads enough and it is ME selecting the places where I am going and the selection for my recruits are also top! I am NEVER NEVER NEVER going to places without carpets, and I am NEVER NEVER NEVER going to folks below 50. I do only 1-2-3 demos in the evening per month. I do not like to work in the evening or during the weekends!

And on top of it: it is ME picking the DAY and the hour of the demo! When my adult income went down I started looking for opportunities and this bizz (it is NOT new (1936?!) I know it!) is one of the best (if not THE best)!!! Income is TOP and the product itself is also TOP! Every customer that had purchased from me is still happy (even after several years!)

If you or anybody else can tell me an opportunity to make more money, just tell me. I am in Belgium, Europe... I have a sales network as (part time) office director but I am open for EVERY opportunity! I just want to stay working in adult for 30-40 hours per week...

We had a similar concept open near me. I ate there almost everyday until they closed. I loved it but it takes a bit of work to get the food.

If you're really that good at lead generation, wow, and if you're really that good at qualifying leads- even better- that is what most people fail miserably at. In my mind, the fucker is interested and is asking YOU questions instead of being pitched. THAT is a good lead- when the customer is eager to hear more about what you're hustling. Fuck wasting time pitching shit to motherfuckers who can't make up their stupid minds. Get whatever it is out the door. Fast.

Bird cages? I don't think I would want to fuck with birds, I think they're A LOT of work. I mean to say- fish are, as well- I use to have a 220 freshwater and I had several 100+- before that AND I maintained a 1200+++ gallon indoor pond so I know fish are work, too, but you don't have to fuck with them CONSTANTLY

Checked to see about costs on birds and they start at $124.95 a month. The fish we are getting are freshwater. They have saltwater too, but my only experience with a saltwater tank didn't end well.

I did a few years at a university full of marine bio majors... people who wanted to work with dolphins and what not as their chosen profession. They all had elaborate salt water tanks and out of hundreds of them, I'd say less than five actually managed to build a thriving ecosystem. The rest were 'rinse and repeat' marine death camps for parrot fish and all their salty friends....

Losing my fish hurt me, badly, and I ain't one to have fucking pets- believe me. I had them when they were the size of lady liberty's ass on a gold dollar until they were 3' long. Jesus christ, it wasn't just that, either. If I had known they would be killed- I could have sold them for a fucking damned fortune first. Even pancake sized ones were worth a hundred or so back then.
