Yes, this is true. My brain is still bleeding internally. I have been sent home, I get another cat-scan Thursday, and if it hasn't stopped by then I will require brain surgery.

There is none. I have known Chris for a long time and never had an issue.

I was at the party with my girlfriend and she locked a door so we could mess around (it's a porn party - that shit happens), we were in there for about a minute when we heard a knocking at the door, my girl went through the door to answer it, the guy charged in the room and sucker-punched me...I had no idea a fight was even starting, I hit the floor, when I woke up he hit / kicked me a few more times when I was down. My friends gave me a ride home and I tried to go to bed. My girlfriend was concerned so she had my neighbor take me to the hospital when I was diagnosed with internal bleeding inside my brain and a broken foot, along with a plethora of assorted bruises / cuts.

They said if I had fallen asleep that night there that night I would likely be dead right now.

If anyone has info on this guy or witnessed any of this please call me 310-666-5449. Everything will be kept confidential.

ya a bit hard to believe someone just knocks on the door and when your girls opens up (all wet and bothered I assume) he just busts in and starts kicking your ass...I'm wondering about the other side of the story.

It doesn't matter what Jay did. In the US, if you put someone in the hospital, and he doesn't have a gun or weapon, you are in serious shit.

Jay has a pretty colorful board persona but he is pretty easy to get along with in real life (in my limited experience). He is a long ways from a Sleazy or someone like that.
