So at least 4 campaigns are paying those amounts, but all 4 might have a low hourly limit.
What happens if we don't have high paying campaigns available after all 4 have gotten their hourly limit, is that the traffic gets sent to lower paying catchall campaigns that accepts traffic from all countries. These campaigns will pull down the CPV average if the top paying campaigns have a low hourly limit, and we have a lot of traffic from the given country.

Where are you getting the $6.5 number from?

an additional reason why you might not get the highest cpm can be because the advertisers paying the most are actively monitoring the sources and are disabling low converting publisher sites. And your sites might be disabled for some of those campaigns.

Turn off mobile and send it to VPS and set SGM as traffic back. Works wonders, man! :winkwink:

I love plugrush but right now we are taking a lot of their stuff down, reason the pic's are too young looking, or teens and we make sure to uncheck ANYTHING dealing with teens it's too risky and we do not offer anything with teens in our network. *shrugs* Love them though and hope to get this fixed so we can put them back on our 30 blog network and our tube network and within our huge network of pay sites.

You don't need to take them down! LOL! Just block what you don't like or report to support the plug appoval guy messed up. They'll fix it for you. People make mistakes, man. Happens.

It is in the ad zone and tried to block but the type of things we need to block you can't block! :) I am not in any way bashing them they are great just pointing this out and what we work we have had to redo tis all.

If you block ads (not plugs) they don't disappear right away. Takes some time for the block list to update. Did you also check what categories you picked for the adspace? Also if you have blind traffic enabled, maybe that is your very problem right there. I think it (blind traffic) uses random plugs.

blind traffic is being redirected from regular plugs when a user clicks a plug that leads to a page where he has already been. so enabling blind traffic sales will not show anything "new" in your widgets

How do you know how much to compensate for May 21? Since Statistics are not displayed correctly, many can stop the traffic. How then will you know how much to compensate??

We won't know exactly, so we will compensate everyone with a bit more than they would make on an average day

It's a good explanation but it's kind of hard to believe people are paying between $6 - $60 for the same traffic from the same countries though. We have no way of knowing so given the way this business typically is people just assume they are getting screwed. I don't think we can see where our traffic was delivered to which makes it harder to check. Otherwise I could just hit up the owners of the domains who got the traffic and ask them "Hey, how much is Plugrush charging you for my hits? They are only giving me $6cpm" That would help keep honest people honest. But not only that it would also help to keep tabs on malware too where publishers could manually check the top sites they are sending to.

I have to say you guys are better than some others out there. At least you don't charge $5+2% for Paypal and your mobile rates usually are a bit higher for publishers.

Credit to PR too for being upfront about the recent downtime where some tracking was lost and for compensating by default without requiring people to specially ask for compensation. There are many others who magically have never seemed to have that sort of downtime ever (Always "No sales or clicks were lost" - yeah riiiight) and many others yet who force people to contact them in order to get compensated when they know full well that everyone was affected.

And you didn't lay into the poster and chastise him for not contacting you first to approve his complaint (as if he were a kid and you were his daddy). And you didn't try to accuse him of fraud as a defence. Wow. for this industry and board that's pretty damn good. You must have actually went to college or attended some courses on PR. Either that or you have some common sense and courtesy where others don't. :)

A lot of accusation without any proof. Please be more informed and read our site before accusing us of cheating and fraud.

We delete pictures that gets reported if the advertiser can't prove that he has licence for the thumb used and can't prove that the person in the thumbnail is of legal age.

Some thumbs that have been reported for looking too young has been proven to be legal and licenced. In such cases we have not deleted what has been reported.

One of the most important thing a broker need to have if they don't pay the webmaster for the traffic is the return URL. They should use it. AlexWebMaster have a point. Someone we know have the same problem. He send like 1000 hits and 700 is credited. He have a return url set, and very few returned traffic.

People are so much redirected. No body can know If on someone else website the same visitor have been redirected.

no, US is far far from highest when mobile is concerned, Scandinavian countries, Swiss, ... those are high, where people can pay with phones, will pay a high amount and rebills are possible
