I shot this portrait of Max about two weeks ago for a photographic series I'm working on. Even after he was railroaded by the US government, sentenced to almost four years in prison and fined $100,000, he's unbowed, enjoying life, and doing well. And he's always been generous with his time and knowledge to me. About 12 years ago, not long after I'd entered the business, he invited me to his home and gave me priceless advice and tips about the porn business. I'm not a fan of the material he shoots, but he's a mensch. |

Oh, Im on it. Spent so much time customizing and getting this scraper script to work with mass uploads was a bitch. But cant say Ill be too upset to see it go.
I'll hit him up. Hopefully there is an easy way to crossover. I have 450 vids I think up right now and plenty more on the server. One thing at a time and right now I know the script can handle at least 250 users without issue. I could even make it a little prettier but it works. Meh |

First month I was on a penny server from host gator using a wordpress script and a tube plugin. Things have changed over the last year.
After a couple months 200 bucks was feasible. 1500 not so much. Now we have been up and growing since Dec of last year. Now I pay almost 200 just for my server a month. Its done well and now here we are. |

Thing is, I'm sure I met LAJ once, but he didn't remember me, and I couldn't remember where I'd met him, and I think this tread reminded me. As for who I am / was, its not a secret - I was Layla Jades 'hidden' husband. We were in LA from 99 onwards, and so I was 'around' at a lot of the early events and parties - But I wasn't exactly memorable :) Just a face in the crowd :) Infact, thats how I ended up with one of my first screen names - It was 'ThatGuyInTheCorner' - Cause I was indeed, just that guy in the corner. Never causing trouble, and just blending into obscurity - But in a good way :) |
