you know what would have happened if we tried a fluoride thread a year ago?

How much would fluoride cost your community if they went ahead with it? who would make money from it?

I see you're good with the mob mentality, what about discussion?

Dude, as I said in multiple other posts I'm against fluoride in the public water supply - in fact I actively campaigned against it recently when it was up for vote in my home city, probably did more than you keyboard warrior conspiracy folks in that regard.

My "blah blah blah" is about Wehateporn's endless stream of boilerplate one-liners - he vomits out these cherry picked "news" stories from conspiracy sites, but doesn't actually discuss them himself, just a bunch of stock phrases without any depth.

Harvard Study Confirms Fluoride Reduces Children's IQ
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-mer...b_2479833.html

A recently-published Harvard University meta-analysis funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has concluded that children who live in areas with highly fluoridated water have "significantly lower" IQ scores than those who live in low fluoride areas.

Anything published by Joseph Mercola instantly loses credibility - dude is a sleazy businessman who propagates quackery on multiple subjects to sell his health supplements & whatnot. The Harvard study he manipulated in the write-up in no way says that trace fluoride in the drinking water lowers IQ. That study revolved around impoverished kids in China inhaling massive amounts of it via coal burning.

Mercola's claims were well circulated locally due to our vote on the subject and they were thoroughly debunked.

I see now we're breaking out the David Icke and Chemtrails. I'm out, you guys can have fun with your conspiracy circle-jerk.

where did you ever hear about fluoride being in the water in the first place? common knowledge? read something outta nazi germany and said to yourself, 'why, i hope they don't do that here'

i am a keyboard warrior? what is it called if you attack the person, rather than using facts and discussion?

have i insulted you? do you try and insult me at every opportunity? lol or anyone who doesn't suit your 'view of the world'

think they have names for that sort of thing. A lot of mouth breathers seem to miss the point, but something tells me you won't

do you know what it's called if you attack the person, and not the idea?

The thing is, I'm not trolling. That's what the Harvard study is about. And in general I'm on your side on this issue.

You're thinking about the wrong part of Florida. Where I live, we're known for having beautiful water. Go 30 minutes South, and not so much. We have a very expensive water filtration system just because I'm overly paranoid about water quality. When the water filtration guy came to the house for the sales visit, he said he hated coming to our town because our water is so good, LOL.
