All drugs are the same... if you abuse them, you're gonna get fucked up... No drug is better than another. All are equally bad.

Heroin has legitimate medical uses as a painkiller.

Meth serves no purpose whatsoever.

Meth actually did server a purpose for the Nazi's during the war in the 30's and 40's.
They used to give it to their troops to keep them awake and fighting for days on end under the trade name Pervtin. Even Hitler used meth back then.

I hate the expression 'drugs' btw.. Of course some of them are good!! Personally I can say that LSD was a game changer for me and all my psychedelic trips and experiences were and are taking a Great part in me turning to a better, more peaceful and way more open minded, etc. I don't regret any mushi, acid and other psychedelics I ever ate.

However I believe you know very little about this topic, I do understand the content of your question: you might think drugs are equal with physical stimulants which sooner or later do damage you or you might think all consuming drugs means you abuse yourself with your fav 'drug'. I can assure you that there Are chemicals which you can use 'occasionally' and they won't ever cause permanent harm to neither your soul and your body.

Having witnessed the pain heroin addiction can cause to a family, that get my vote.

I've tried my hand at my fair share of drugs.. From opium to coke, LSD to bloomers.. I medicate everyday, though i really dont think that should be called a drug. Tried most scripts and other silly things like that.. E and molly as well.. Never done meth.. Though I can probably say that if I lived in Cali or somewhere out west I probably would have checked it out.. And I've never tried dope, and never will,I just had a first hand account of what it does to family and loved ones.. Not to mention the amount of friends I've had OD on the shit.

But I am a serious advocate for LSD and other psychs.. Just make sure you're in a good state of mind and around good people when doing it.

Christ.. didn't know it could be prescribed for kids. Back in the 70's and 80's when kids had issues a doctor would tell parents it was just a growing phase and they would grow out of it. Now they have names for it including HIGHLY addictive drugs to treat the so call conditions. Would be a cold day in hell before I would let any doctor get my kids addicted to any type of medicine.

It was already mentioned but opiates lead to more opiates, and tolerance to opiates is developed fast. It's possible someone could carry on for awhile, sure, but a really super typical path for pills is popping, snorting, injecting... which typically leads to heroin or morphine.

popping a pill is a whole lot different than snorting one

you have a social norm of popping pills, and snorting a social stigmata.. so your 'gateway' idea is not a good argument

Mostly only because of the reinforced habit. You're reinforcing your addiction 20+ times a day so that is definitely hard to break. Withdrawal symptoms are nowhere near as painful, grueling, or long as opiates though.

I would say Heroin is better than Meth because death is a very effective cure for drug addiction and Heroin seems to cure its users more quickly.

Meth heads are active and have energy and always trying tweeker projects they want to do even though they never finish them. They are annoying as fuck.

heroin is a lonely drug and most people lock themselves in the house and dont bother anyone till they die.

Alchohol is the worst, only withdrawal other than benzos that can kill you, plus it fucks your brain up and your organs fast. Heroin is not even that bad for you, shooting up is, whatever you shoot. Shooting up causes lots of problems. Never fucked with meth, but that shit is toxic one of the main ingredients if drano. Haven't drank in 3.5 years now, no fucking AA either, since I hate cults and religion.

Don't know about the users, but on the rest of us I'd say Meth.

Only hassle I ever had with Heroin users was the old couple that lived upstairs from us. Occasionally a 2 a.m. customer mixed up his directions got our door by mistake. I'd just point them on their way to the promised land. Others I knew always seemed mellow.

Meth in Missouri, now you have to sign off when you sell a house it was never a Meth lab. Seems every few weeks some Meth idiot wants to get aggressive with me or someone nearby. You can be at a traffic light and one will pull up and want to pick a fight just because they don't like your car. I have known some mellow ones, but they are definitely in the minority.
