i'm not a racist. i am prejudiced though :), just not to the point of being a racist. i've found that truly racist people can't not admit it. |
Un-fucking-believable that some people are defending this.
Rochard, it's not their house, it's their workplace. They are public servants and that ain't even their property. The fat donut-eating fuck deliberately provoked her by ending her phone call. I did not see her 'resist' in any way, just get angry. The cunt grabs her for no reason. They then slam her hard against the desk then the floor. They kick her property around then drag her along the floor like she's an animal. Were you even watching the video? The best thing to do when faced with a violent armed fat fuck may indeed be to comply for your own immediate safety, but that doesn't mean what they do is right or defensible. |
stop resisting?
what is that fucking bullshit. perhaps she raised her hand to protect herself. we, the people are paying those people to serve and protect. this person had a $100 fine folks, NOT like she was any kind of a real criminal. thats like a half parking violation or forgetting to return library books hair pulled out, broken tooth, braces knocked out.. THAT IS EFFIN EXCESSIVE FORCE. |

I dont know about you guys.. but I was taught to NEVER hit a woman, no matter what. Their were other ways to deal with her. But pounding the hell out of her was not one of them. |

With that said, here's how this plays out... Black honey boo boo there is gonna get a fat pay day, spend it all on whatever, she'll be broke in two months, and a year after pay day she'll be back in jail for another stupid minor infraction. I don't have pity on these people. And when I say "these people", I surely don't mean blacks. I'm talking about anyone who stupid enough enough to get arrested over some dumb fine they were too stupid to pay, and then act like dumb asses when they get arrested. Stupidity isn't related to color or races. Stupid is what stupid does. |

she acts out + cops act out = sheriff pays out good folks of the community lose out. giving her a big cash pay out only penalizes the community and also ignores the problem. |

Once she was on the floor, handcuffed, not moving and 2 officers present, there was no excuse for kicking her stuff down the hallway or dragging her out of the room like that. I'd bet that had more to do with his firing than the way she was taken down. I'd also be surprised if previous incidents involving him wasn't an influencing factor. |

Look what happened to Rodney King. Got the snot beat out of him - and yeah, it was excessive - but did it teach him anything? Nope. He was in trouble with the law until the day he died... with cocaine in his system. |

As I've said before though, it really does take a certain character type to be a police officer, and acting like a dick because the other person didn't act the *exact* way you want them to, or turn into a submissive wreck, while on a power trip is up in the top 3 traits required. Should be arrested and charged/punished accordingly for assault etc |

And it's ok to beat the shit out of someone in that context of 4 cops v Rodney King if it teaches him/them something? What a pile of shit... |

If you take the color out then the beating goes away too. :helpme |

What happened to him was horrible, but it made him a millionaire. Instead of moving to the beach and never been seen or heard from again, he continued to do drugs and continued to get in trouble with the law. Eventually his drugs killed him. |

criminal charges should be brought onto those two police officers. let them face the law, perhaps they will come out the other end as better people. |

I saw a woman who got to make her phone call and then was being escorted back to her cell - and refused. The police tried multiple times to get her to go back to her cell and she continued to refuse them. Eventually force was used. You seem to have an issue with police officers. You seem to think that having a "power trip" is a top requirement for being a police officer. Well, do you have any friends that are police officers? I do, and their stories are amazing. Every day they deal with the bottom of the barrel - the people stupid enough to get into trouble in the first place. They don't have power trips; They just want to get through their day without being shot, kicked, hit, punched, smacked, or spit on or worse. This woman was under arrest in a police station. "Oh, you don't want to go back to your cell? No problem, let's go to Starbucks instead". It doesn't work that way. |

I can understand that the office who was handcuffing her and took her down wanted to get control of her, but at some point you have to ask yourself what level of force is adequate. Handcuffing her is fine. If she was really putting up that much of a fight why did the other cop just stand there and do nothing? He could have grabbed her other arm. The two guys could have easily taken control of her without having to use a too much force. Instead, the one cop decides to slam her face first into a desk. To me that was excessive. The department they worked for appears to feel the same way or they wouldn't have fired these two. By firing them and dropping the charges against her they are basically admitting that they are in the wrong here. |
