J.Edgar Hoover held a lot of power in this country for DECADES by doing stuff like that.

Now think of the political implications (which is what Hoover did all those years) and you can see that just as the Democrats are using info against Republicans now...the Republicans will return the favor when they are in power too.

The govt. is just too big and too powerful. Just my opinion.

Abuse of power is always a danger, but protecting the populous is very important.

Of course that does not count to the CT folk, because the government made up the terrorist threat so that they could create prism.
